Love it! That program was about a 9.5/10 for me, almost perfect
How the arms, coming along? Any luck.
You know, they are looking more defined as I cut, but definitely no noticeable growth in the last month or so....
True I am sure they will do what you want after this parts of your cycle. Just focus on each set, instead of thinking about your next lift. Don't save any energy while doing arms/get a deep deep burn. But I am not familiar with that program. So goodluck

I feel like my arms are my weak point too. Alwyas a little behind. I think hitting them more often and linear progression is the only damn way toget em to grow

Okay, so I have been rather absent in terms of updates, as there really hasn't been a whole lot to report.
Diet:
2 Low-ish carb days (arm day and back day)
1 High-ish carb day (heavy leg day)
4 Almost zero carb days (all other days
)
I've been cooking at home most days, as many of you know who follow OGH's food thread.
Drugs:
Rocking and rolling with the component tren right now. Seems to be working nicely, I am happy I used MCT oil for it. The Mast. Prop. came in from Darius the other day, so far so good on that, it pins pretty smooth. Beside that, it's just some test for a base. I am trying to not over complicate the shit out of this cut as I have in the past. As always, GH at 7iu/day w/t4.
Training:
Cardio is just 25 minutes a day 2x a week right now, I will increase as needed.
Lifting is still at 6 days a week, however it looks like it'll be 5 days shortly. I need an extra rest/light cardio day as I'm lacking a bit nutritionally.

Yeah, maybe. I am always a bit iffy on that being heavily tattooed and the amount of LE that certainly frequents these boards.

Agreed. No need to give them any help. I'm just starting my sleeve & my upcoming progress pics will not include them.
You can cover them up with some concealer or even the heavy rouge the ladies use...just be careful not to piss off your girl stealing her rouge lmao
Tattoos are unique and certainly there's a database out there of tattoos and their owners.

Speaking of, this is kinda similar. Does anyone know how those guys on the Moonshine show keep from going to jail? I don't really watch the show but have seen them making it and selling it. You would think that would be enough evidence to put them away. Just curious
Cops reLly don't care to much about aas unless your making it and selling it. Most of them juice their selfs. I believe that's why Rich hasnt gotten into trouble. He's small potatoes

They can't really get a judge to sign a search warrant without probable cause. Rich piana hasn't actually given them any as far as I know. That might sound crazy but from the limited videos I've seen hes never shown buying any, injecting any, or shown any vials or paraphernalia. As far the law is concerned, rich piana is just playing a character for money. Even if he did show oil they can't prove it is gear by the video and can't get a warrant. Kind of a cat and mouse game I suppose. I don't think they would ever get the funding to follow him around either... Just wouldn't be worth the time. My .02
