Friday workout

Squats 4x8 at 285lb. 5 lb increase. All sets completed.

Bench 6x3 at 225lb(paused reps). 5 lb increase. All sets completed.

Deadlift 5x5 at 335lb. 5 lb increase. All sets complete.

Reverse flys 3 x 12
Calf Raise 3 x 20
Tricep rope pushdowns 3x10

Had to skip cardio today, coworker called me and needs me to cover her shift.

All in all good workout, very pleased with my squat progress especially, used to be my weakest lift and it's starting to become my strongest.
Definitely feeling the fatigue today, next week is going to be a real test, but then I got my deload week after that. Gonna push through and keep Killin it.
 
Fuckin feeling strong as fuck today fellas!! Had a real shitty weekend, got called into work friday i couldnt get to the bank to pull money out to pay rent on the 5th so i was going to be 2 two days late and pay the guy on monday, he freaked out and said no dice and txted me 5 minutes after i got off work saturday night and told me if i come back other than to get my things that he was going to call the cops, little cunt. So some of the guys from the military base and their women had invited me to a party which i wasnt going go to but i ended up going cuz where else was i going to gon, had no money till monday so i couldnt get a hotel, went and got drunker than i have been in forever and they let me crash, had to go to work sunday without showering or.changing clothes, worst hangover i could imagine, plus stressed cuz i didnt know what the fuck i was going to do. Luckily i got in touch with some people that are letting me stay with them untill i can find a new place to rent. Anyways, still felt like shit today, almost didnt go to the gym, but i am glad i did! 5 minutes in i felt about a billion times better, absolutely killed my fuckin workout and i am now in a great mood! Anyways, monday workout

Skipping cardio today because i am going to pick my bike up from the shop in town and ride home a good 3-4 miles.

Anyways, didnt mean to ramble, or look like im looking for sympathy, just wanted to share a little bit of my shit so someone who doesnt feel like hitting the weights might see it and decide to push through and do it anyways.
 
Forgot to mention, weighed myself after workout and im down a little bit over 2 pounds, just a hair under 310 as of today. Thats a total of about 4-5 pounds so far, so im happy about that as well.
 
Yeah, weird how that is. I've gone in for sure I'd have a bad workout and killed it and I've went in feeling great and ended up having an awful day.

Yeah doesn't really sound entirely legal the way he did it. Not sure how tenant laws are where you are at but where I'm from he broke the law.

Yeah probably, but i didnt sign any rental agreement or anything it would be my word against the homeowners and hes a kniving cowardly fucker that never had the balls to address me about anything to my face, and would only say anything period when he was drunk. I pride mysel on being patient and peaceful, a gentle giant, but if i would have gone back and he somehow mustered up enough balls to actually say something to me i would have broke his fucking jaw. Its better that i just didnt make a scene haha.
 
Went and did accessory stuff today, i was feeling pretty pumped up so i did a little more than i usually do.

Lat pulldowns 4x10 160lb
Dumbbell curls 4x10 40lb
Barbell preacher curls 4x8 75lbs
Bent over rows with underhand grip. 4x12 135lb.
Superset hammer strength weighted crunch with assisted pullups.

15 minutes HIIT. I am getting much less winded doing the cardio, and i am also moving faster and getting longer total distances according to the machine thing. Good day good day. Gotta stop in town and get some olive oil and then head home to eat something substantial.

Are you increasing weights each set? Or did you do 4 sets of pulldowns at 160 each time?

Thank ya sir! Yeah im excited to see what happens, got my bicycle fixed to since im a little farther from work now so i'll be riding that 10-15 mipes a week so that will probably help me burn off some extra fat.

Yeah i mean i could have went back and made a scene, could have cravked the guys fucking jaw, but i just dont have the energy to fight about dumb shit with dumb people anymore lol. I got some people are helping me out and letting me stay with them for free for a couple weeks so i can save up and find a new place, just gotta help the guy with his painting business every now and then and help out around the house which i am incredibly grateful for. I thought i was going to wnd up living in a fuckin tent again lol.

I try not to rock much, if at all, but when I go heavy I'll cheat a bit , seemed to help my strength.

I try and use little to no momentum, i like to go as slow as possible and really focus on getting a good squeeze for the muscle im trying to work. For the pulldowns i am really trying to activate lats most because they are a weak spot for me so i make sure those guys are doing 95% of the pulling.

I did a warmup set at 100 and a warmup set at 120,i just dont count those.

I got ya. I've actually never trained this way. I always move up in weight each set. Lately I've done more pyramiding and gone up in weight each set getting less reps working down as low as four reps and then dropping weight and working back up to like ten or twelve reps.

Yeah i see alot of folks doing that. I myself would generally do like a reversal of that where i start with my heaviest weight when im strongest(after warmung up sufficiently of course) and work my way down. I dont even do that on these days, these accessory days are meant to be pretty nonchalant, basically rest days between my heavy days on monday wednesday and friday and also to allow me to focus on someof my areas that im not hitting as much. Biceps,lats, core,etc.
