Time to get back to the gym

Hey Guy,

Looking forward to getting back on track, my daughter was born about a year ago so got out of going to the gym, eating right and feel like a fat ass. Getting my diet in check and going to the gym then on from there. Look forward to learning more, meeting folks on the board.

Welcome. I'm here for same reasons, except I've been away far longer. Getting my diet nailed down was the hardest part. I'd recommend downloading the my fitness pal app and getting a food scale. I was shocked to find out how I'd really been eating. Lots of great people here and sound advice.

It seems the older I get the harder it is to get back on track. Thanks for the recommendations I will check them out!
