progress/training log

So damn my biceps are on fucking fire today, was looking at the math and i did a total of 365 repetitions for curls yesterday, one for every day of the year ;) haha i havent felt soreness like this since my first couple weeks of working out.

Feels good, and im practically busting out of my shirt sleeves today hah.

Wanted to.share this with you guys...this dude is pretty fuckin incredible.


Time behind that table and repetition.... being able to hit all the right keys at the right time, pretty impressive.
He's definitely got a good ear for it too.
Like his song said at the beginning, ya either got rhythm or ya don't... I definitely drew the short stick in the rhythm department.

Killed it today. Hit
Squats 4x8 at 290lb. 5 pound increase. All sets completed.

Bench 6x3 at 230lb(paused reps). 5 pound increase. All sets completed.

Deadlift 5x5 at 340lb. 5 pound increase. All sets completed.

Reverse flys 3x12
Calf raise 3x20
Bodyweight dips 3x8

Felt good today, strong as hell. Weighed in at 308lb, 7 pounds down in all so far.

Took a picture, cant really tell much yet I dont think, but just to keep me accountable..

In all seriousness though, goI'd progress! Keep it up... numbers don't lie man, you're getting stronger.
Keep at it! Maybe try the MECA stack when you hit a plateau.

Wide grip lat pulldowns
4x10 at 160lb

Skull crushers with EZ bar then move right into close grip press
4x12 at 85lbs for each movement

Hammer curl
4x10 50lb DB

Tricep pushdowns with v attachment.
115lb x 8
100lb x 8
85lb x 10
70lb x 10
60lb x 10
50lb x 10
40lb x 10
30lb x 10
20lb x 100 (one hundred)

Concentration curls
4 sets 25lb x 25 drop to 15lb x 15 per arm

Cable crossover
4 sets 30lb x 25

Shoulder press machine
4 sets 100lb x 12

Preacher curl machine
125lb down to 10lbs 10 rwps at each notch.

Wrist curls
4 sets 65lb x 50

Fuckin didnt know what to do today, decided i was just going to get a ridiculous upper body pump and walk around looking swole as fuck all day hahah.
 
Well i havent done a legit shoulder day in a while so i did shoulders today. Kept it light and carefree.

Standing overhead press
4x10 135lb

Upright rows with DB's
4x20 25lbs

Cable side lateral raise
4x12 15lb

Reverse pec deck
4x10 100lb

Shrugs with the hammer strength lunge machine that works really great for shrugs.

2x10 3 plates per side
2x10 4 plates
2x10 5 plates

Bent over rear laters
4x12 25lb

Finally got some good news for a change, current owners of my gymnare gonna hold out as long as they can to find a buyer for the business so they wont be closing at the end of the month, man i was so damn happybi coulda cried, love that place, closest place to home i got.

Leaving for portland tomorrow, visiting the father to go get a few workouts in with him, and of course seeing slayer while im down there so real excited for all of that.

They are. The rhythm guitarist passed away, but they have gary holt (from exodus) filling in so thats about as good of a replacement as you could ask for haha.

Its just a short 6 hour train ride down to portland so hopefully it'll go smoothly. Definitely looking forward to seeing the old man
