Aside from that, chest workout was blasé...
DB bench press 3x10 @100lb
DB Incline 3x10 @ 80lb
Low cables 3x10 @50lbs
Cable pushdowns 3x10 @70lbs
Dips 2x10 w/60lb KB
box shuttle 20 on 10 off 4 minutes...

Really lame day. Hadn't eaten at all today and went and worked out after my VA appt...

In other news, took my first shot today. Smooth like butter. 250mg test e and 100mg mast p.

Ate lunch with my wife...... was a bojangles Cajun chicken wrap.

They had to make sure my hips and back are still messed up and ran the MRI stuff.

No he doesn't shed, neither of them do.
They get a lot of time outdoors and everyone pets them.

Box jumps... highest box plus 4 bumpers.. was nipple height for me.

Powerclean - 135, 225, 225, 255, 275, 285.
Pretty smooth. Will try and get vids.

Tabata - 4 min each 20 sec on/10 off
Box shuttle
Rope slam
Plate twists

Non stop... cable crunches to singles farmers carry for 20 yards, back to crunches... did so for maybe 5 minutes.
Then 15 min stairmill.

And then 6 CFA cookies.... (1,980 calories)

Quick question... I've always used 23g to pin, and yesterday that is what I used, didn't even feel it, made me feel like a used whore. But with that being said... just ordered some syringes w/ 1"23g on them with 100 extra 1.5" 25g... anyone use 25 to pin? will be shooting 3cc e'ry time from now on out.

Also, nightly update... as per my significant other's request we are going to Batman V Superman tonight. All of a sudden she likes action movies.... hmmmm..... she also loves the movie "Gone Girl" so maybe she has a little crush on Mr. Affleck?? Little does she know...
