I'll start with mine.. 20 month roughly difference
128lbs on top left..

The left side goes showing progress over times.
Everything on the right is some of my most recent. The middle picture was 191 slightly below my heaviest weight. My avatar is around 183 ( which I feel I looked my all time best ) I take pride in my chest

So.. Where do we stand at meso! Let's see some before and after..

I was at 220lbs... quit a 20 year career of drug addiction and alcoholism and started eating. Got to be a 278lb fattie and started working out. Cut to 230 and started getting serious about building muscle. Now I am somewhere back around 278lb at 6'2". Loving some powerlifting right now.
First pic 220, second at 278 and fat, third and fourth over 270 in the last few months. Sober and clean about 3 1/2 years now too.

Not really, I don't enjoy them like I once did. I'd rather go to the gym with the little spare time I have.

And when I quit smoking weed which was right around the time I started lifting, games got way more boring for some reason. I wonder why...
 
K I jus got this photo sent to me by moe a few days ago. This was taken right befote I got her pregnant with shy. She is 3yrs now sooooo lol this pic was from then. I was down to 100lbs smh. Thats a small tank top im wearing. Jus look at how tiny my forearms an everything else was. Next pic is from about a month ago @180lbs It is completly miraculous what hard work an dedication will do to a person if they are willing to put out the effort. Now I have no choice but to wear a large tank top. Yep I guess you could say I have put on a lil mass since back then lol. Lmfao...thats actually a compliment cuz I figured they were around 12 or so smh. Ya man I still cant belive how small I had gotten. My forearms look about the same size as my wrists smh. They're so damn small, they make my hands look big an I have tiny ass hands hahaha!!!!!
