Worked out twice today.
Did a kind of shitty back workout in the AM, then just went back to redeem myself and got a pretty good chest workout in....
Nothing really new. Took my 4th shot today. Not really feeling anything strength or physique wise. Just Hella horny.

Tomorrow won't be any better I'm assuming. Alright 4,250 cals in and only eaten 1 meal.

Did a quick arms and cardio workout this morning.... but that's going to cast in the shadow of this 10k calorie hurricane
 
Well.... 6,170 in and I'm calling it quits.

Ate enough junk to satisfy me for a few weeks and I feel like if I go any further than this I will just be a huge POS tomorrow. Well.... a bigger POS than usual.

On a side note.... don't think I will ever run long esters again until TRT...

Mast prop was fucking awesome. Mast e has been a drag so far, but it's only week 2. If the results are unreal I'll maybe stick with enanthate, but I'm too impatient for this waiting game

Cut workout short due to the acid reflux.

Could have been the 9k+ calories from yesterday... but strength was up today.
 
Well..... figured the shit would have kicked in by now. Maybe a little more vascularity noticed but that's about it.

If I don't notice anything by week 5 I might switch off to short esters... who knows. Would hate to stop shooting the long esters just when they are about to kick in.
For future cycles think I'm going to stick with short esters.

Also getting pretty bored with the lifting. Need to find a new program or something.
 
Last pick I'm gonna throw up until Saturday.
Feeling pretty blah since that 9k+ calorie shit.
Gonna try some new training things and see where it gets me by the weekend. Plus dropping water/sodium/glycogen should help with appearance too.

How was your performance these past few days, felt bloated or just out of it ?
I've purposefully done carb loading eating in excess of 500-800gs of carbs a day with moderate exercise a week prior to doing certain events in the woods that lasted 3 weeks. I know that in short bursts carb loading will not show its true potential, it's when you get a Warno and an Opord then about 2 hours into it they hit you with a Frago and you already covered 12 clicks with your ruck, now you need to hit a reverse azimuth and hump back to your original starting point, to play some more mind fuck fuck games. Being on your feet and humping over 20 hours a day. It's instances of that caliber that I've personally seen the endurance factor of the extra glycogen shine.
When I read you saying your strength was way up, the carb process popped in my head.
I know this post wasn't anything specific it was a pinch of Lat-move jumpin around but figured I share my experience with the carb loading.
Glad to see someone else out there Rockin the Ranger Panties. All day everyday, literally.

Strength was up yesterday and today. Choice of carbs was shit foods though so I was burping up acid all yesterday and part of this morning.

Starting a new thing tomorrow. Used to rest 20-30 seconds between sets, but now I'm taking 60 seconds and doing some form of cardio between sets... ie KB Swings or lunges or box jumps. I miss that feeling of being completely exhausted... nothing like the old smoke sesh when my first TL would make the damn walls sweat....
