Leancuisine joins the darkside.....

Haven't done ab work in a minute.
Only ab specific work I usually do is the barbell roll outs(?) And plate twists just to keep my heart rate up.
Favorite oblique workout is single arm farmers carry. Usually use 80-90lb dumbbells and keep my body as straight as possible and walk 40 yards or so with each hand.

3 eggs, a shit ton of whites, and a shit ton of cheddar for breakfast. Trying full out keto these next few weeks as opposed to just low carb.

steak n eggs homeslice...steak n eggs
one arm farmers eh? never done it sounds good.
I'm old school stick with the jackknifes, supermans, toe to bar, med ball twists, chop wood

Did chest this morning. Adding mast P back into the mix on friday... super stoked for that. I loved mast P and am going to run 50mg ed until week 12, where I will bump it too 100mg ed.... maybe even 125, we will see how I handle.

I'm going to try something way different than what I usually ever do.... I'm going to start training for aesthetics...... big change for me, so I will probably start doing 2-a-days so I can still get in some athletic work and focus a lot more on power clean and speed in the mornings and do the aesthetic stuff around 1pm.

Big pushing factor in working towards aesthetics is my wife... gotta look good for the lady ya know?
Next biggest factor in the change is @Thenewera

I will be using TNE's Achieve Aesthetics split... its a pretty good split!!
Here is the link:
TNE - BODYBUILDING SPLIT /ACHIEVE AESTHETICS

Been so long since I've done anything like this, so the first few weeks will probably be a little slow for me, but once I get into the swing of it and start seeing the changes I'm sure I'll be jiving just fine.

Honestly I'm excited to give it a whirl... thanks again @Thenewera !!!
Starting this program on Monday. Will post the write up for everything here soon.

Alright, here is the write up for @Thenewera 's split. I put it into an excel spreadsheet and saved it to a pdf to make it downloadable. ALL CREDIT GOES TO TNE!!!!
I added a few more shrugs in there, just because I think my traps need a lot of work, added in a touch of calf work, and I shortened up the exercise names... (ie I changed "iso db hammer bicep curl" to just "iso hammer curl" for the sake of space)
The original format can be found here, in the training forum:
TNE - BODYBUILDING SPLIT /ACHIEVE AESTHETICS

Once again, thank you VERY MUCH @Thenewera for making this killer split. Definitely excited to start giving this a go!!
I will be running it for 5 weeks, followed by 2 weeks of whatever, then another 5 weeks of TNE's bodybuilding split. Giving it a total of 10 weeks of a go. Will be getting body measurements, weight, and bodyfat testing (9 point caliper) done on Friday so I can get a complete rundown of all my increases, decreases, and what not.

Will also be doing a short plyo circuit alongside it because well... its in my blood. I can't give this shit up. This will be done mornings, around 8:30am Monday-Thursday, and TNE's lifting will be done Monday-Friday around 1pm.

Any questions? Comments? Suggestions? Let me know!!

Also - @TANGO.ECHO.KILO, @SpartacusOmega if either of you have any suggestions on the Plyo work, let me know brothers!

Hope not to disappoint!

Sounds like you're getting highly organized...good lookin out! I may actually steal your plyo spreadsheet because it's so nice an neat
The only thing I would consider adding to your programming is sprint work, some shorter intense humps, and longer weighted rucks at whatever intervals you feel neccassary. I like walking barbell lunges, split squats, step ups, and box jumps. As well as maybe some shadow boxing for your tabata.

single arm snatch is my shit! You do BB?

Yes actually I do a few 100 m sprints before I lift. Gonna be cool finally doing them around 1pm so I can get some sun.

BB? Bodybuilding? No... but I figured I'll give this a shot

@Leancuisine
you any made any decisions how you are going to proceed with your cycle adjustments?

Yessir.
Test is going up to ~350-375mg/wk
Mast E is staying at 400mg/wk
Mast P @ 350mg/wk (50mg ed)
On week 13 I am switching to test p 50mg ed and mast p 100mg ed until week 15. Start pct week 16... go in for bloods and cash in on that free test c!

Picking up some EQ and npp as well, but not to include in this run. If I add anything to this cycle it would probably be halo or tbol towards the end.

If I go real heavy I do more of the strongman dumbell one arm clean & jerk...

I love the feeling of hitting the single arm BB snatch just right though, it's explosive and just feels bad ass  I kinda use my free hand like I would if I was exploding of the line in a knife fashion

@TANGO.ECHO.KILO yelling at @SpartacusOmega " Noooooo, he didn't mean to ask you for any suggestions"

@SpartacusOmega : Oh yeah, 2 bad he's going go get it.
Hey motherfucker, you know your dicked up.
Start fuckin pushin...
... By this point @Leancuisine is asking himself is @SpartacusOmega fucked in the head or does the only thing he knows what to say is to drop down and start pushin.
... Nope, a little Sadistic that's all, but come from the same backgrounds so you know the deal.... Fuckin start pushin, get with the program. Mountain climbers, bear crawls, flutter kicks, and repeat.
....3 hours later, motherfucker faints.
Ranger Cadre walks up, says : Get the fuck up Ranger. Donzo, back to normal.
Still asking yourself was it delirium or were we really walking in the woods for 23hrs a day conducting ORP's, RP's, battle drill 1-Alphas and the CQC shit...
@Leancuisine : What the fuck @SpartacusOmega motherfucker your ramblin again.
My bad Bro....
OK let's get to the good shit, fuckin @TANGO.ECHO.KILO already said what I was going to throw in with conducting spring works, conducting some humps, and longerweighted rucks.
All I can say is real talk, stay Unconventional that's all I can say.
I've done a shit load of SF workouts which are tailored at blitzing the whole body into oblivion and being truly to utilize 100% of your type 1 n type 2 muscles 10, 12, 15, 20 hours into the suck. Not saying that's all I know, but that's my comfort zone.
Bottom line brother, pick up a Ruck, and embrace the motherfuckin suck.
... Find your sweet spot, Bro.

Oh I found my sweet spot in Dahlonega around 0300 walking up a mountain.
All I could focus on was the ACH hanging off the back of the LT's ruck above me...
Go figure, shit falls off, hits me, 2 people below me, and falls all the way down to the bottom. You could hear every plunk of the helmet bouncing off the rocks.

My comfort zone? Any time there's an a10 overhead I felt pretty damn comfy, but never complacent
