Yeah I've got a cousin who is autistic, but he's older, about 15 or 16 now and I didn't know him as a kid so I'm not sure how he acted. I can't say if these children are autistic or not, but from observing how the parents react, I think it's the parents lack of instilling some sense of responsibility in the children.

Some people just are born with some great physiques. I went through a 2 month course with a good friend of mine where food was limited and so was sleep. I went into the course at around 190 and came out in the mid-high 170's. He lost a handful of pounds (I think it was only 8), and appeared not to lose an ounce of muscle.
I guess he was saying his nightly prayers to Hulk Hogan

The diet thing sounds like complete bullshit, intermittent fasting maybe but one meal a day? Also I think it's possible to build a freakishly athletic physique with the prescribed regiment, however it does seem time would be the most prohibitive factor and you still have sports specific training, meals, sleep, and maybe wanna jerk off every once and awhile.

Pec Deck Fly - 5 sets. 110x12, 110x12, 150x8, 150x8, 150x8
Smith Shoulder press - 5 sets. 225x5, 225x5, 225x5, 245x5, 275x3
Single arm DB lat raise - 4 sets. 30x8, 35x8, 40x8, 45x8
S1: Low Cable Fly - 3 sets 95x10
S2: DB Lateral raise - 4 sets. 35x12
S1: DB Front Raise 3 sets. 40x12
S2: Shrugs 5 sets. 275x15, 275x15, 315x15, 335x12, 365x8
S1: Cable chest press 4 sets. 160x15
S2: DB Shrugs 4 sets. 110x12

Did calves throughout. Hit standing calf raise for sets of 10 on 140lbs I think. Extremely slow up and down, long squeeze at the top.
Going to try GVT for my calves... 10x10, and superset a bunch of them...
So it will probably be something like this.
S1: Standing Calf Raise 10x10
S2: Seated calf Raise 10x8
S3: Calf Press on Leg Press 10xFailure (heavy)
S4: Donkey Calf Raise 10xFailure (heavy)

Going to do one set right after the other. Rest for a minute or so, then run through them again. Or I will do this in between my first few exercises.
I do my donkey calf raises with a weighted dip belt, I just tuck the weight between my legs so its resting against my hamstrings/calves, and do calf raises off the blocks... since all the fat chicks look at me weird when I ask them to sit on me.
How are you feeling the activation throughout the workouts? I really love the effect of having the chest and shoulders being worked on the same day.

From the things I've seen you post I can tell you got your head screwed on right, and you always seem to be watching out for those around you... shit even a handful of times I've seen you write the "be careful, I did something similar and..." posts on this forum, and a few on some more.
You're a cool dude, and you always speak very highly of your wife. Sounds like your kiddo has a great family watching over him.

Yeah it seems to carry the pump through my chest throughout all the shoulder exercises. I get huge... I mean I feel and look massive at the end of my workouts. The masteron is really bringing out the striations in my chest and shoulders, and I'm even starting to get some pretty gnarly veins in there too.
I'm a big fan of it.... I finally understand what Arnold would say about "chasing the pump"
Going from lifting weight from point a to point b as fast as possible, to slowing it down, lowering the weight, and focusing more internally in the muscles has made a HUGE difference.

Damn, one of my best friends from the Army had a super old school mom who used the belt on him haha. I got the belt once and I never needed it again... my friend got belted if he fucked up on his school work, from his MOTHER.

Right, it's so different to go into the gym with the mind set of building a sole muscle instead of pushing or pulling as much weight as possible. But to each their own. Strong men, power lifers, and Olympic lifters, I respect them all. We all have our own goal. But we also have a body type, fibers, and genetics to be superior in one or the other. I found my cup of tea and aim to maximize and make the most out of it. I feel I'm far ahead of people in my category. Cocky or not, I don't mind how it sounds. I remain humble but I know I have the genetics and will to make something out of this game were all in. You need that mind set too brother.

Oddly enough this is the very thing I can't stand about BB. Posing, oiling up, tanning up, shaving your passage to manhood (body hair), dawning a crotch string and the subjective nature of it all. This much I figured out...it's not me. What does that mean? Idk
