sorry @Leancuisine ..me and SO should start a plyo/calisthenics thread since you are on your EZ bar curl game right now :p

Haha! Man I'm getting pretty damn big.... opposite of what I was wanting, but fuck it. Size comes with steroids I guess huh??

Also, sorry @Thenewera but I cant take 2 days off.
Switched things up a bit.
Monday - Chest shoulder tri
Tuesday - Back legs
Wednesday - Chest shoulder
Thursday - Legs back bi
Friday - Chest back
Saturday - Arms

I'll take Sunday off.... but I'm juicing brother... gotta up the intensity!!
Even naturally my recovery turn over was substantially fast. Prolly has something to do with my. Ody adapting to all the sports and soldiering shit.

That just has shoulder injury written on it. (Imo) Just be sure to adjust intensity and volume on the switched days! Kill it

Even with steroids you can definitely overstimulate
I found my breaking point last cycle. Legitimate breaking point

I had my home made programming up to 200 reps per bodypart per workout. And I doubled up on lagging arms so that's 2x a week (400 reps total)
That and I split my hypertrophy work with strength training. Some times 2 a days to make it easier. So in theory I was going for size and strength

Worked great, till about 6 weeks in and I had an unmistakable setback. Lost 30 lb on my bench, lost reps on everything. I upped my cal intake by 1000 a day and upped my dose 500mg of test. Nothing helped. I was confused. I was so fucking overtrained I took 4 weeks off and got fresh. Then started from scratch using WC's program. So be careful. You can overdue it

great numbers.
Im more of a mid 80's guy on pushups but 1 min rest and I can consistently knock em out all day...10-12 sets all within a few reps. Bo Jackson shit

Man Bo was the greatest!!

Yup intensity and weights are altered all between the workouts.

I've done stuff similar to this while natural, I think I'll be ok but I'll still proceed cautiously. My chest is lacking compared to everything else.... I gotta get everything caught up to my legs.

AP fucks people up
but Bo and Herschel supposedly built their physiques on bodyweight exercises...well and freakish genetics

At 53, Walker is as physically fit as many players currently playing in the NFL. He also says that he can still run at 4.35 40-yard dash.

You can't really blame Father Time for giving up the battle against Walker. His workout regimen is focused on not only building power, but also on strengthening the body. Oh, and he fights in MMA for fun and says it keeps him young. You know, why not?

After his NFL playing days were done, Walker's workout routine didn't change all that much.

"I'm not on a track as much," said Walker. "Before I got into MMA stuff, I was on a track almost every day. You'd see me out on a track early in the morning."

Walker was doing about 3,500 push-ups a day. Since starting MMA though, Walker has cut the push-ups down to 1,500 a day, but still hits the 3,500 total with sit-ups.

Chest and Shoulder workout today.

Smith Incline Bench - 5 sets. 135x20, 155x15, 155x15, 185x12, 225x10
Freemotion chest press - 4 sets. 2 platesx15, 2 plates x15, 2 1/4 x 12, 3 plates x10
Pec Deck Fly - 5 sets. 110x12, 110x12, 150x8, 150x8, 150x8
Smith Shoulder press - 5 sets. 225x5, 225x5, 225x5, 245x5, 275x3
Single arm DB lat raise - 4 sets. 30x8, 35x8, 40x8, 45x8
S1: Low Cable Fly - 3 sets 95x10
S2: DB Lateral raise - 4 sets. 35x12
S1: DB Front Raise 3 sets. 40x12
S2: Shrugs 5 sets. 275x15, 275x15, 315x15, 335x12, 365x8
S1: Cable chest press 4 sets. 160x15
S2: DB Shrugs 4 sets. 110x12

Did calves throughout. Hit standing calf raise for sets of 10 on 140lbs I think. Extremely slow up and down, long squeeze at the top.
Going to try GVT for my calves... 10x10, and superset a bunch of them...
So it will probably be something like this.
S1: Standing Calf Raise 10x10
S2: Seated calf Raise 10x8
S3: Calf Press on Leg Press 10xFailure (heavy)
S4: Donkey Calf Raise 10xFailure (heavy)

Going to do one set right after the other. Rest for a minute or so, then run through them again. Or I will do this in between my first few exercises.
I do my donkey calf raises with a weighted dip belt, I just tuck the weight between my legs so its resting against my hamstrings/calves, and do calf raises off the blocks... since all the fat chicks look at me weird when I ask them to sit on me.

I used to NEVER do shoulders. Only exercise I would do was clean and press. And was more focused on the clean part than the press... but since I'm switching from being the next Usain Bolt to a wannabe Frank Zane.... I picked up the shoulder flyes.
Laterals are a must for rounded impressive shoulders. That is thr only movement I perform directed solely at the shoulders

cold blooded! haha...
Im pro discipline. World would be better place if more parents spanked their lil brats imo

As am I. My mom used to carry a wooden spoon in her purse, and if I started acting up in the supermarket, she would pull that spoon out and beat me with it.
Mom's would gather around and make their kids watch, to make an example as to what will happen if they get out of line :D:D

Nowadays when I go to the supermarket (an everyday occurrence now) I see these little shits throwing boxes on the ground and throwing fits, crying and making hella noise and the parents don't do shit. Best you can do in that situation is crop dust the lot of them.

I get ya big dawg. And I agree
But I have an autistic kid. I've learned alot. When shit goes south. And it does go south. It looks like a brat child. The worst kind of brat child.
But as far as I've come and as much as I've learned
I can't beat the autism outta him no more than I can beat the ignorance outta you
