Monday - Chest shoulder tri
Tuesday - Back legs
Wednesday - Chest shoulder
Thursday - Legs back bi
Friday - Chest back
Saturday - Arms
I'll take Sunday off.... but I'm juicing brother... gotta up the intensity!!
Even naturally my recovery turn over was substantially fast. Prolly has something to do with my. Ody adapting to all the sports and soldiering shit.
