Oddly enough this is the very thing I can't stand about BB. Posing, oiling up, tanning up, shaving your passage to manhood (body hair), dawning a crotch string and the subjective nature of it all. This much I figured out...it's not me. What does that mean? Idk

I'm all about getting tan... but that's because (as gay as this sounds) lying next to my wife makes me feel like Casper the fucking ghost. But oiling up and shaving my legs and getting naked just to get judged and admired by dudes?
Idk. That is the one thing really holding me back.
 
I'm the same way with athletic stuff. I'm pretty athletic... I'm competitive in that aspect, but that ship sank when I fucked my head n hip up. No more MMA or contact sports :(

Might as well give this physique thing a shot. You definitely are ahead of everyone with your muscle shape and genetics. You look fuckin great. Good work ethic and awesome attitude.

Honestly fuck men's physique. I hate that class. I feel with the classic physique division, it will be my new home. Or the wbff muscle model division. Bodybuilding was lost to mass monsters. The classic physique will hopefully open up some eyes.

Yeah I haven't lifted yet either, my girl dog has been throwing up so I've been home.
Haven't been to the DMV in a minute... should probably go soon. Last month's ticket was having my license plate from the state i live in and my drivers license from my home state. Guess that's a traffic violation.

As far as the shorts go.. I emailed the company saying they were a bit short, even doe my taste, and they are sending me a few pairs that are a bit longer.

I'm just trying to get my quads like thid:

Gahdamn! Masteron is the SHIIIIIIIT.
Ended up going to the gym to do back and legs. Planned on going light on everything. I kind of did... didn't go above 225 on squats. First set was 15 reps, 2nd set was 41. 3rd and 4th were 15.
Everything was pretty light. Did cardio. 2 rounds tabata and some stairmill, then I went back to the T bar row and got 6 plates for 8 reps.
Felt real fast on the box shuttles. Turning heads when I did it. Must he these high speed low drag PT short shorts.
 
Yesterday and today were kinda BS workouts. They were good, but I didn't follow any program, just went in and lifted.
Today I did flat bench for the first time in a minute. Did 135x30, 225x15, then 3x4 of 275 and 1x3 of 295. Then dropped it to 225, did 15, 135x20, 95x30.
Incline Bench slow controlled 5x6 @205.
Deep flyes, some Shrugs, rear delt fly, Roman chair sit ups, calves.

Sounds like a potential out of body experience. I briefly tried the 20 rep squat program a couple years ago and it was pretty intense, can't imagine 40+.

I've done that once before too, but I was 199. I'm 218 now :( I honestly think my leg power comes from sprinting and ruck marches.

I'm not the smartest, but anecdotally I notice that when I'm killing the sprints and deadlifts, everything goes through the roof.

I need to start doing some sprints for the beginning of my cycle at least. Maybe some hill sprints. A lot of these powerlifting programs I'm reading about recommend conditioning and HIIT.
 
Well well.
I've been running 300mg test e, 400mg mast E, and 300-400mg mast p per week.
Was going to add in EQ, but I will be saving that for when I get shredded up.

My plan still stands to run for 12 weeks, BUT I am thinking about going the cruise route. I have PCT on hand, but if I'm wanting to do this physique shit I'm thinking I might want to pick up the blast and cruise technique.

Instead of PCT I'm thinking an 8 week cruise @ 200mg test E with a reverse diet adding ~100 cals per week until I start gaining weight. I will hold that calorie intake until I hit a plateau again.
Going into my blast I'm thinking one of two things....
1-12 Test E @750mg
1-12 EQ @ 900mg

Or

1-12 Test E @500mg
4-12 NPP @600mg

I have a bunch of Test E and EQ on hand right meow, but I've wanted to try NPP for a while.
Also might run masteron with these as well because... I love it.

Thoughts?? Questions?? Concerns?? Recommendations?

Lol well we will see about that. I've never been lean enough to actually be a bodybuilder except for in highschool, but I was scrawny.

I've been trying this bodybuilding split for a few days and it's fun, but I leave the gym with too much energy left in the tank.
I love those explosive movements.
Lift 300lbs as fast as possible, rest 30 seconds, and do it again.
I might start mixing my power and speed work in. I miss it.
 
You ever tried to rep 225 on bench for as many as possible?? Seems like you'd be really good at it.
 
I'd cruise if it was me...but about how old are you?? If you cruise run EQ 20+ weeks...at least.

If I go to failure I can hit 225 around 18-20 times. My first cycle of EQ/Test I was warming up with 225 20-25 times. I think I got it 27 times on my 4th set.
I actually just wrote up a new program where I'm going to be doing dead stop bench or "pin press" I think it's called, followed by a 225 max rep with resistance bands.

I'm pretty young still, quarter century old. Would you run EQ at 600mg for the duration or would you run it as high as 900?
I did it at 600 before and it gave me insane results. Strength went through the roof and my 5 mile time never went above 34 minutes. Not sure if 900 would bring more benefit or just sides.

You're a freak!! I mean that in a nice way. I'd like to see that program when you get a chance. I did some resistance band benching today, I like em better than chains....mostly bc my gym is straight ghetto and only have one set of chains.

1/4 century always sounds older. Lol If you had good results at 600 imo you should stay there. You've got plenty of time to up the doses.
