First GH run

i am currently up to 3 IUs and do it in the a.m. However, I will read the timing thread posted by Nutpuncher with interest. I had heard that if you do it at night it disrupts your natural GH pulse, but I'm 53 and probably don't have much of a GH pulse left. LOL

I still feel it's unclear how long your natural gh is suppressed after exo gh. And since I am already naturally producing less than normal, I figured before bed is best. I would assume that your not producing much gh due to your age.

I can't remember if you said that you tried before bed only... Maybe try it for few months to see if you notice any difference?

Ive been running 4-5iu a day split. Right when I wake up and post PM workout. Goals are fat loss and body repair, couple nagging 44 year old joints. I'm 110iu's in, about 5 weeks and I'm seeing some difference. Not sure if changing the timing would be any better? I don't know if I subscribe to the "your body only repairs itself while sleepy" theory.

I think that a lot of cell repair happens at rest, but....have you ever had a cut heal during the day? Or felt better from an illness as the day goes on? I just can't imagine that repair is only at night or while sleeping. But I'm clearly not a doc.

But you've got me thinking. How much GH do you release during sleep? Would it be better to pin say 2iu in the am then pin 3-4 right before bed?
 
Do u guys get night sweats with Gh? My night sweats, since I started have been horrible. Worse than when I'm on Tren.
I take mine in the am but every night for a about a 1-2 hour window the night sweats poor in. its still better then tren though.

I about as far into it as you. severe nueropothy is completely gone. placebo maybe but I've been hurting for years so I'll take it

Yeah ive got a tendon issue in my left elbow. Golfer and tennis elbow. Curls destroy me. Its 90-95% better. Hurt a little the other day, but I also hit a PR on curls, so I expect a little hurt. But nothing like before.

I am not even close to HGH expert....but I've read and heard from others say if dosing more than 4-5iu, then best to split. @mands (one of Meso's HGH gurus) said best to pin all at once but I can't remember the reason. Maybe he'll chime in to educate us.

If I were to dose 5-6iu as you outlined above, I would pin majority before bed. 3-4iu before bed and 1-2iu first thing in morning because currently, as of now, I believe I will benefit the most.

Im44. Haven't had my levels checked but I have noted a slow down in basic healing within the last 4-5 Years

I do advocate taking one shot before bed(I would say similar results if you took one shot in the morning) and not splitting your dose. I believe a lot become lethargic after dosing GH and some seem to not have as much dosing at night. Not getting into too much detail the main reason for doing is you will obtain a higher GH serum level and a higher IGF-1 level and will reach that level it faster by doing so.

Most using GH and that can afford to use it correctly have a very low natural Gh levels and IGF-1 levels. Meaning taking at night is not really disrupting natural secretion if there is really any natural secretion while dosing your gh during the day.

So Lands, what kind of dose are you suggesting? I'm splitting 4-5 a day first am and post workout. Should I save my post work out for bedtime? Or pin the whole load at night?

I would pin one dose before bed and see how that goes for you. This seems the best for me.

Any idea what amount you normally produce? Like how normal trt dose's are 200mg/week, is something like 2iu's similar to what we'd normally release? Hope I'm using that analogy correctly.

If I understand you correctly. I think I read that 1.5ish iu is about what you natural produce per day. I could be wrong though.
