the majority of natural gh is produced during rem sleep, but I am not sure what "majority" equates to. I guess it has to be more than 51% lol.
I am not even close to HGH expert....but I've read and heard from others say if dosing more than 4-5iu, then best to split.
@mands (one of Meso's HGH gurus) said best to pin all at once but I can't remember the reason. Maybe he'll chime in to educate us.
If I were to dose 5-6iu as you outlined above, I would pin majority before bed. 3-4iu before bed and 1-2iu first thing in morning because currently, as of now, I believe I will benefit the most.
I've read folks pinning first thing in morning and then mid afternoon (12-3pm) or post workout. I could be wrong, but I
assume that younger folks (35ish yr old and younger) follow this protocol.
I wonder what Anti aging clinics recommends. I'll ask my TRT doc and will report back.
