Ah the good ol natural testosterone booster of a female ass in close proximity it's a great way to lift more. Next time get her to sit on your crotch as you bench instant 10% gain to strength. Just be like "hey babe wanna help gainz happen" she'll swoon you'll lift it'll be a win win trust me

No but it was good, did double duty, arms and legs, to make up for the two days i spent gallivanting in the sun hiking, and pokemon training haha.

1.alternating bicep curls
2x10 25lb
1x10 35lb
1x10 30lb

2.preacher curls straight bar
4x12 65lb


3.preacher hammer curls DB
3x12 25lb
1x16 25lb

4.tricep push down v bar
1x35 50lbs
4x15 80lb

5.
OH tri extensions with rope
4x15 50lbs

6.close grip bench press
4x12 135lb paused for the last 4 reps of each set

7.hack squat
1x15 1 plate per side
1x10 2 plates per side
2x6 3 plates
2x3 4 plates

8.leg press
1x15 200lb +whatever sled weighs
1x10 400lb
2x5 600lb
4x15 200lb
Last 4 sets were superset with calf raises with the 200lbs

9.leg extensions
4x10 205lb

10.hamstring curls
4x10 145lb

Then i rode into town from the gym to get my lunch, its about 4.5 miles.

Now time to eat and go ride around and pokemon my ass off hahaha

Possibly, but i cant justify spending that kind of money on something without an engine haha. I will just keep my bike for pokemoning as i have already rigged up a state of the art phone holding apuratus 20160715_145230.jpg

No shit man, in St Louis they've had alot of that shit going down. People setting up in ghettos using the pokestops or whatever they are to lure in kids/adults and snatch their phones and other shit.

Ohbyeah i heard about all that. Sure am glad i live in a small uppity town. Shit...im probably the worst thing here hahaha

4.tricep pushdown gauntlet with v bar
1x10 95-5lb 150 reps total, minimal reat between sets to change weight

5.reverse grip tri ext with straight bar
4x15 60lb

6.OH cable tri extension with rope
4x12 50lb


Also ive done about 10 miles on my bike riding around and hiked up the side of a fairly steep cliff so im gettin that cardio in haha

Did a real short shoulder workout today, its payday and i got shot to do before work haha.
1.standing ohp
1x10 95lb
4x6 135lb

2.lunge machine shrugs
4x15 3 plates
Superset with
3.bent over rear laterals
4x15 25lb

4.side laterals
4x12 25lb

5.rambos
4x20 50lb

Had to keep it to an hour to be on schedule for getting all my shit done before work, moved through itnoretty quick, good pump and kept my heart rate up.

1.single arm DB preacher curls

2.hammer curls
4x8 40lb drop to 30lbx4

3.standing BB curl with EZ bar
4x15 60lb

4.tricep rope pushdowns
4x15 50lb

5.reverse grip tri pushdown

Weighed in at 282, had to knock another hole in my belt so definitely losing some size of my waist!
 
282 man nice what's that 18lb past 3 months now? Lotta brosive workouts lately eh any program you plan on running or anything during the remainder of your cut?

Yeah lot of broness going on haha. My plan is to be down to or near 250lb by the time the new year rolls around and at that point im going to reasses and start eating in a small surplus so i can build some clean muscle and start getting the strength back up, and at that point i will get back into a more structured program. For the time beong though im just focusing on keepimg my diet good and staying active/keeping a good balance.

Healthy attitude man just keep plugging always and have that diet tightened right up I'm sure in the next 6 months you could do 32lb. Just don't forget to enjoy compound building movements burns more calories and builds muscle better especially with were you are at, but I know the pump is satisfying to some too :p
