Deadlift #'s and your methods

I think my form is finally coming together for squats, which in my previous lifting era were severely neglected. I'm about to head over to the skwaat thread so I can feel bad about myself lol

This deadlift thread was already pretty humbling
Meh, it's just about starting. We all started somewhere; it's the dedication to be consistent that's admirable and respected. Look at my log.. my numbers are a joke (literally just starting out), but I a progressing fast, and will be up with the big boys eventually.

Let that humbling feeling be the motivation to never. fucking. stop.

Never stop is good advice. I lifted from when I was 18 until I was 22 or 23 and stopped. Now I'm almost 28 and really kicking myself.

Any progress and PR feels amazing and I feel like my strength is returning fast but I had been getting close to four plates on deadlift, years ago, now my 1RM is 255 lol. That's a back injury later, but still.

Thanks for the kind words though, I'll give your log a look
