Well, I actually started with just calorie counting back at 320lbs. I did calorie counting only until I felt enough stamina to actually walk as a form of exercise, at around 280lbs. I would walk 10 miles a day 5X a week,(was laid off and fat, so why not?), I did this until I felt enough energy to jog at a slow rate, at around 250lbs. I would then jog 5miles a day. I then realized that I had neglected weight training and started doing that as well until I got to around 217lbs. I did this all in 8-9 months with no stimulants or tricks, ( I was taking ALCAR, BCAA's, Beta Alanine, Creatine, though). I do have some understanding of the long term process, I'm just so tired of being obese. I'm still putting in the work. I realize DNP and ECA are only short term aids and that I have to do my upkeep with working out and calorie control. I also know that I will have to put in tons of work into my weight training on AAS to get results. I know it's not going to do the work for me, neither is the DNP ECA etc. As for it being unnecessary, I agree. The DNP and the ECA are unnecessary, as I could achieve the same results with more time. But then again, the AAS are also unnecessary to achieve the goals that I want. It would just take me a very long time. I get what your saying and I appreciate the advice and the help with stacking info and PCT resources. Solid, NO B.S advice like this is the reason I went from lurker to member. I could tell you guys are passionate about this stuff and actually look out for each other. Hope I'm not coming off sappy lol.
