On DNP, so AAS is the "natural" next step. Lol

Hey fellas. I'm 230lb 6'1M 30yrs old from southern California. Went down from 320-230 naturally (calorie counting, exercise), but need help to get down to around 190 for a normal BMI. Am taking DNP + ECA stack with caloric deficit. I want to gain muscle but have lost much from losing all that weight rapidly and from previous use of amphetamine use. I have decided that I want to come on AAS. My only problem is income, so I will probably start with low doses of the cheapest stuff. Any recommendations of a good and cheap AAS stack/cycle and a good PCT stack cycle for a noob? I saw a video of some dude on enhanced athlete mention his first cycle was 10 weeks on 250ml Test and he said he put on a good 15-20lbs of muscle. Thanks for the help fellas.

Congrats on the weight loss. Your story sounds similar to mine - I lost 85 pounds total and never realized how much muscle I lost until I returned to the gym.

As far as AAS goes, go natural and build up your muscle. I'm glad I've returned to the gym, as embarrassing as it was, initially. Some advice I've already received here: if you can't afford to do things like get your blood tested, then you don't need to be messing around with AAS. That's not to be a dick, but the brothers around here take this seriously. Good luck and cheap is probably not the answer.

I wouldn't skimp on blood or PCT. I really don't want gyno.

You'll need an AI during the cycle then, not just the PCT bro. Look into Arimidex.
Awesome. I want to do things right, I will def take Arimidex as well. When I say cheap, I mean as cheap as possible while doing things right. I know this stuff doesn't come cheap, but I just want to get oriented in the right direction. It seems like Dbol would prob be cheaper since it's more popular, but I would honestly rather do injectables, to lower liver toxicity. I want to run a low dose cycle with Test as a base, or maybe just test and an AI. I will def do an AI.

Wow, DNP before AAS, that's a new one for me.
lol. I want to lose the weight before I bulk. This is what almost everyone talks about. I have heard of people that cycle while on a cut with amazing results, and I'd be willing to give that a shot. I mostly want experienced guys to lead this noob in the right direction. What would be a good low dose cycle to cut on? I want size, but I want my muscles to "pop", as I've heard it described. I'd like to be around 190lb-210lbs with 8%-10%BF.

210 at 8-10% is a VERY aggressive goal. My suggestion, as always, is to set more attainable goals (landmarks, if you will) towards a bigger goal. Walking around sub 10% BF is rare for most people.

Your proposed cycle of 250mg's of test is too low, 500 would be what I would consider a minimum for a "blast". Test E at 500mg's a week with anavar at 50mg's a day should give you very clean and solid results.

It looks to me you are a bit skewed in the way things ought to work. Anyone who jumps on DNP for their weight loss before considering more mild options such as keto dieting, low intensity fasted cardio, ECA stack, clen or even T3 is a bit misguided if you ask me. DNP is certainly a dangerous drug, and to be avoided by most people. It goes to show your judgment is already a bit flawed...

thanks for the solid help and the cycle recommendation. Maybe my goal is too aggressive, I'm very flexible and willing to scale it back if it seems too much or if it affects my life in some negative way, (especially healthwise).
As for the DNP, I have researched it thoroughly and am being careful with it. I know of the dangers and am taking every precaution, (low dose, keeping cool, staying hydrated, electrolytes, vitamins, antioxidants, etc). And I am actually on an ECA stack as well as doing low-carb,(not quite keto, I know ), calorie deficit, and cardio with it. I am taking it to accelerate my weight loss, to complement my diet and exercise, not to replace them. It is not me being lazy and reckless, it is me trying to speed things up a bit. I appreciate the concern brother.

Okay, you need to sometimes have an understanding of the long term process, right?

So, you start with this.... DNP, low carb, cardio, ECA etc... What next? What do you have to do for your next cut? See where I'm going with this? You, in many ways, are allowing yourself to circumvent the natural dieting process by adding drugs. That's not BAD or WRONG, necessarily, just sometimes unnecessary in the long run.

Anyway, for your cycle you should do a basic 500mg's/ test enanthate cycle and anavar if you feel so inclined to kickstart it. Follow up with Scally's Power PCT and you'll be in good hands.

Well, I actually started with just calorie counting back at 320lbs. I did calorie counting only until I felt enough stamina to actually walk as a form of exercise, at around 280lbs. I would walk 10 miles a day 5X a week,(was laid off and fat, so why not?), I did this until I felt enough energy to jog at a slow rate, at around 250lbs. I would then jog 5miles a day. I then realized that I had neglected weight training and started doing that as well until I got to around 217lbs. I did this all in 8-9 months with no stimulants or tricks, ( I was taking ALCAR, BCAA's, Beta Alanine, Creatine, though). I do have some understanding of the long term process, I'm just so tired of being obese. I'm still putting in the work. I realize DNP and ECA are only short term aids and that I have to do my upkeep with working out and calorie control. I also know that I will have to put in tons of work into my weight training on AAS to get results. I know it's not going to do the work for me, neither is the DNP ECA etc. As for it being unnecessary, I agree. The DNP and the ECA are unnecessary, as I could achieve the same results with more time. But then again, the AAS are also unnecessary to achieve the goals that I want. It would just take me a very long time. I get what your saying and I appreciate the advice and the help with stacking info and PCT resources. Solid, NO B.S advice like this is the reason I went from lurker to member. I could tell you guys are passionate about this stuff and actually look out for each other. Hope I'm not coming off sappy lol.

Glad to see you're open minded. You will achieve your goals, I just want you to have a realistic idea of what it will take.

Simply a fat fucker's way in.
My first foray was DNP and clen

Yup. I'm just trying to speed up the process a bit. I am working out and controlling my food intake as well, (ECA helps), but I am eating clean. I made it from morbidly obese to just plain overweight on exercise and caloric restriction with no exterenal help. I'm now back at obese, (borderline) and want to get down to the high end of ideal, but this time with help. I just want to start bulking so bad. Not for the foods sake, I just want to be ripped AND then big for the first time in my life.

Just keep at it, mate. Takes a long time - totally worth it. Keep putting your TDEE calculations down as your weight goes down.

I don't think I could identify you from it unless I personally knew you quite well, if that's what you're asking, Bro.
