He's all over social media because that's how people sell their products/advertise now.Anyone bought into his program or had a look at what he has to offer? Just curious on thoughts as i have no idea what he pushes. But hes all over fb
This is pretty much my thoughts on him. I used his supps for awhile and liked them but too pricey. I still use his fish oil and grab a tub of his protein now and then because it's the best tasting I've found.He's all over social media because that's how people sell their products/advertise now.
His supplements have made him a rich man, not because they're anything special but because people trust doctors and "science" talk. There's a sucker born every minute.
The training programs are good to try and see if it works for you. You should mix up your training styles anyways.
To tell you the truth, I think his pre jym is pretty legit as far as using sups that are proven to be effective. Not sure about the rest since I've only used pre jym. He advertises his ratios of sups so I bought all the bulk sups and mixed them to his percentages and had the same shit for a lot cheaper, and I added some dmaa for a little extra kick...He's all over social media because that's how people sell their products/advertise now.

I'm with doc. Everything and I mean everything he does is created to sell supplements. If he's so full of shit about how much supplements will do for you, I'm not going to trust him when it comes to training.I don't trust Stoppani....
@Docd187123
Please elaborate. You seem like a very intelligent person, I would love to hear your opinion. Your not jealous that he is a doctor are you?!?! Jk
Not at all bc Stoppani has sold out his PhD to sell supplements. He makes exaggerated claims, pushes his supplements onto uneducated/unsuspecting consumers, his training programs from what I've seen suck, and he deletes people's criticism and rebuttals to his ridiculous claims.
Good to hear so i wont waste my $$$. Although i wouldnt even consider his supplements anyway

Please break down how his programs "suck"? I get the whole trying to push his supplements, but how does that have anything to do with how effective his training programs are. What he's doing is using his training programs as a way to advertise his supplements. Shoot the guy he's trying to make money. Who the fuck isn't?
Have you ever ran any of his programs, or have you just looked over them and disregarded the wealth of knowledge he provides because he's pushing his supplements on you?
Like I've said I have personal experience with his programs. There's logic behind the way his programs are set up and they provide linear progression. As with anything online you should be smart enough to weed through the crap and find useful information/knowledge. His programs are well layed out and there's no denying that.
Well said, thank you. I haven't and don't plan on using any of his stuff, just wanted to hear your opinion. Thanks brother.Not at all bc Stoppani has sold out his PhD to sell supplements.
