5 Egg Whites, 1 whole egg, 6 strawberries, 2 scoops Vanilla Muscle Milk and Coconut milk. My favorite shake by far.

I've been rocking the shakes this week.... Got me a new blender, 2kW.
It's good.
I've been putting 6 whole eggs, 4 scoops of ON Gold Whey, some NesQuik chocolate, and a pint and a half of whole milk... It's about 1,600 calories, 150g protein... And a lot to drink!
I can feel my kidneys pulsing right now...

I alternate coconut milk and water for my shakes. The 2nd shake at night is usually water. The coconut milk and eggs make it really rich. I add ice sometimes and tastes exactly like Vanila Bean Ice Cream.

You know, I can't answer that, it's my gf's blender, but I love it. Holds the perfect amount and can drink from it with the lid on. Mine it much bigger. I looked for a name brand on it, but it doesn't have one.

Holds about 18ounces liquid.
