First Cycle, Seeking Advice

So what about first time lifter wanting to get gear . 35 180lb test level at 650 30 days ago. And advice . im in it for the long run and want to get HUGE. But I need to do it safely. What have I gt to do to get to 210 and how long
You can get to 210 easily and fairly safe in one cycle. Take test prip 100mg every other day, if you want throw in an oral like turinabol. Tbol isnt like dbol where you turb into a water balloon most of the time, but the size you get is pretty clean. Run an Ai like aromasin alongside the test to help fight water retention which can make you feel great but water doesnt look that good. Obviously keep you calories in a surplus carbs, and protein high. Watch put for sodium intake while cutting it too low isnt good but having it high isnt good aswell. Get your levels checked throughout cycle aswell. That cycle should be great for you. Even if you switch prop to Test enanthate which would be more long acting and wont be as dramatic but still works lime a damn. Always good to see how your body will react to a compound with a shorter ester attached though. Rather have an adverse effect with the compound being in and out in a few days than having the side effects kickinf around for a few weeks.

Always use a pct, it doesnt have to have hcg because your not gonna be on for so long, and a first cycle of test at a mild doae isnt too suppressive. Sure, you will be shut down but not close to the lengths deca, tren, or NPP will do. Ive always had no issues coming back during pct.

Be careful who u listen to on here...
First how tall are you how long in the gym and bf %...a current pic would help alot.
You will need all the components on hand aas ai and pct drugs...your diet will cost 5 to 10 times the cost of the above to get the cals you need to grow.
Then we can discuss what to use and how long.
 
Clomid and nolvadex should be all you will need along with an Ai to fight the estrogen rebound when coming off test. Only use it if need be (start seeing tits or excess water). You never wanna kill your estrogen off completely.

Thanks guys . Appreciate info . im 5 10 ex. Weight 172 been lifting on off past 30 days with simply bench and pull ups as well as curl weights. Been taking oral sups from gnc test booster. But don't know shit about what I need to eat. Gt the money to make it all happen just need help to get there been reading alto of post but so many different opinions. Is it not ok to talk about a good site to get gear from . I just don't want yo get screwed over . im completely dedicated to reaching goals IV set fir myself . just gt my membership at planet. So any thing you guys can tell me be much appre.vie seen some difference in past month from what little IV done just by taking. The oral booster.

Haha it might not be the test booster giving the results youre seeing but rather the lifting in genaral. All the ingredients from those test boosters can be found in real foods, but supplement companies market them like they are magic amd will take your money for a product that doesnt have proven resulta. Better off to invest in creatine, good whey protein or bcaas.

3. Does there need to be more?

Just because you take anabolics doesn't mean you're going to wakeup one day and be a fitness model. You still need to have a solid foundation on training and nutrition. Without that you'll never see results.

I hanvint taken anything yet and as I said just gt PF mem. Prior that maybe 2 day week with simple bench ex. I never said anything about looking like a fitness model . nor do expect it but thanks for that positive info it should really help ...

Keep it natty for a little while longer, really get to know your body and see how it responds to differrent types of training. Try and get your diet to do what you want done to your phsique without taking steroids. As soon as you can find out what works with your body natuarlly, and have gotten aome good results, the throw the steroids in. But for now id say your best bet is food and maybe some creatine.

Ok..the first and foremost thing is at least for the next year...and assuming you can lift 4 to 5 days a week while learning all u can about dietary nutrition...STAY AWAY FROM AAS. YOU ARE NOT PHYSICALLY READY.
Bodybuilding.com has an awesome nutrition section and workoutplans for those starting out new.
This is a lifestyle...unfortunately we have lately become primarily a forum for fucking idiots...this is not directed at u.
Then when you have questions that come up as the year goes by come back here and start a thread and the guys will help you out to get u on the right road.

Such a waste of time.. What the hell do you even expect 4lbs to do? Lol. That is such an insignificant amount of weight. Especially at 150lbs.
It all depends on goals, my friend. I am not looking to enter any competitions any time soon or get massive. Ten years ago that would have been my goal. Now I am looking pretty damn good, get a lot of compliments and second looks from women, but just want to edge that a bit more to reach a level that I have fallen short of the past few years.

4 lbs was my cycle goal, not necessarily top end of what I'd like to gain. That said, 4-5 lbs of pure lean mass on a 150 lb, 9% BF, 5' 8" med-skeleton frame does make a notable difference.

I can gain 4 lbs more of muscle. No doubt. Been there and done it many years ago. But doing so while staying under 15% BF is not easy as a natural at 48 Y/O. These days I try to stay under 12% year around. I like being lean (fuckin' hate being fat) and I'm not eager to run out and spend $8K upgrading my suit wardrobe just to hit a new PR level on my squat. My fitness and appearance goals are important, but there's a lot more going on in life too.

AAS offers the potential I am seeking, but after the discussion on this board, appears to be overkill for my goals. The SERMs suggestions, however, seem worth investigating.
