Late breakfast. Been eating turkey bacon as of recent. The wife is trying to extend my life for some reason, lol. i tell her to let me eat the bacon, I'm worth more dead!

I have four sons and the older ones will go to the gym for a while and get jacked then quit the gym.

Theyre young. I did the same thing between HS and enlisting. Six months I'd go hard, then go enjoy some ladies, then eventually get back to it.

581 calories, 59g protein per meal



Lunch:
6oz ground beef
1 cup rice
28g cheddar

548 calories, 42g protein per meal



Not pictured: 1 glass of Deschutes Armory Experimental Pale Ale. And a ribeye steak with Parmesan couscous for dinner.
