A chicken/egg break is good sometimes . Im still beefing it heavy a month later , mostly beef and liq egg whites for protein . Alot of beef chili (no beans) with wild rice . I make real chili with beef chorizo and serve with wild rice mix .View attachment 50795
Had to put my cut on a pause caught a bad sinus cold so I've went back to maintanince for a while. Do you guys try to power thru or end cuts if you get sick?
Yeah I'm on antibiotics, 300 test e and lots of vitamin c.I powered thru last time. Wasn't cutting though, it was shitty.
Frontload couple lbs of vitamin C.

Close to bedridden. Flu like symptoms. Only missed two workouts counted them as rest days. Antibiotics got me doing better.Power through. Hit the gym anyway unless totally bedridden. Eat the same food unless physically unable and in that case eat whatever I can eat to hit calorie goals.
