What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Haven't been posting too much interesting stuff here lately due to deficit... Decided to make something nice at home tonight since I had extra calories to spare.

Roast leg of lamb with spaetzle and honey sriracha brussel sprouts simmered in white beer.
 
6 eggs (4 white 2 whole), thin bagels with whipped yogurt cream cheese.

Double burger, pepper jack cheese on Killer Dave's and steak fries.

Yeah the ones I have are. The small boxes cost a dollar at Walmart.

I have read that the artificial sweetener could be an issue if you have too much over time but I'm not sure if it's correct or not. Basically, your body can start to recognize it as sugar when it's not and your blood sugar will run high... Not something I want to fuck with. But I figure I'll get sick of the flavorings eventually anyways and go back to water probably. I should research it more to see if it's a real thing or bro science... A guy at work that has diabetes told me about it.

Well shit it would be nice to keep some around to just having something different every once in a while, hell i bet it would be killer mixed in with sparkling water.

Yeah I grabbed a few lemonade ones and added sparkling water to it, was really good.

When I was bulking, I'd drink Gatorade a lot. Had carbs and some extra calories to throw into my day, improved my performance as well I think.

But I'm dropping weight right now and not using calories on Gatorade so I use these packets and I often add in some flavorless amino acid powder. Add in a big handful of ice... Fuck. Yeah.

I honestly don't know if I'll go back to Gatorade after this. Cheaper and much tastier. I think I'll just have a bigger meal preworkout when I bulk probably.
