If you don't know what you're talking about please STFU bro. Some opiates do work just fine on suboxone. Morphine, hydromorphone, oxymorphone, dicetylmorphine, and fentanyl all bind the opiate receptor stronger than the buprenorphine. They are able to break through the Suboxone blockade. Its purely scientific having to do with the binding affinity of the various opiates.

I went to the ER and they gave me an IM injection of stadol and it worked just fine. Hydrocoone and oxycodone really can't displace the buprenorphine so its true that weaker painkillers don't work. Tramadol actually gives me a nice buzz when I take it so I guess Suboxone can't block it. Im on Suboxone to deal with chronic pain. Im going to my pain management doctor this week to see if I can get something like Dilaudid or Opana. The fuckers give that stuff away like candy to people with bad backs. I cannot imagine them being in more pain than I am.

The thing is once you tell a doctor in urgent care you take suboxone they immediate think I'm a drug addict and refuse to give me anything. I can't believe in 2016 someone has to suffer needlessly without opiates. Fucking junkies screw everything up for someone in true pain.

And Im sorry for taking it off topic but I figured since you guys were all bb'ers who eat a lot you may have had one of them. I'm just looking for some support since I am in sheer agony

You're wrong bro. First of all the naloxone doesn't even get into your system since it cannot be absorbed through the mucus membranes. The narcan (naloxone) was put in to try and keep people from shooting it. Even if you do shoot it nothing happens because the buprenorphine has a higher binding affinity for the opiate receptor.
Weak opiates like hydrocodone and even oxycodone are worthless on Suboxone but there are a number of strong opiates that will knock the bup off of the receptor because they binds so well. Morphine, fentanyl, hydromorphone, oxymorphone, and dicetylmorphine all work fine on suboxone. When I was in the ER I got a shot of stadol and it worked well.

Gonna have to agree to disgree on this. Especially that morphine would work with naloxone. People ODing on heroin come down right away with that, had a friend go right into withdrawal when he took oxycodone on two subs. Idk I don't do any of it myself just read a lot and have anecdotal info from other ppl who all say you can't take anything with it. But if im wrong then I'm wrong. it's not important to me really anyway.

From experience bupe will knock any opiates off the receptors. That's why it's instant withdrawl if opiates are present in your system before using suboxone. But with a sufficient amount of any opiate you can break through and feel the effects even while in suboxone. The naloxone is pointless. So little gets through the mucus membrane that it is basically inert. This is all from first hand experience. So in regards to the last few posts. Your both correct to a certain extent. It just depends on amount if suboxone taken as amount of other opiates taken and in which order and how long since dosing either.
