Ive got notebooks going back to high school. I use one everyday in my big ass lunch "pal". More like a lunch chest

. Keeps track of whats going in. Im knee deep in it. When im on the war path everything gets tracked otherwise i under eat. Every damn time. I also have a different one in my gym bag. Keeps track of poundages, sets, rep schemes, how im feeling, what hurts, new programs. I cant do a single rep without it. It helps me keep track of trends, when im slouching, what were the most productive programs i used, body measurements. I HAVE to best my lifts as often as i can. I cant find any better way to keep track of it
