Let's grow October 24th - January 30th

Another tren rant OGH? You gonna post your name and face here, run away, and come back again? Orrr...? Do you actually think one person gives a fuck enough to care you've unsubbed? Makes me said to see, as we've gone through shit together before, but always come back as friends. If this is the way you want to act, so be it.

The citruline malate is a great addition, this looks like an awesome supp! I'll get some. I'll mix 1 scoop into a gatorade for my intra. Good find Eman!

Damn $60 for that.... motherfuckers are seriously balling out.

I love their custom made protein blends but I rather just buy bulk citruline, bulk Gatorade powder, BCAA and ECAA bulk and just blend that and choke it down lol.

I don't have much additional info. I asked Singerman about it. He said Meadows had previously been paid a substantial amount in royalties over the past year. The disputed amount allegedly only involved about a month or so. I have followed up on it since then so I don't know how or if it's been satisfactorily resolved.

Black stone rip off/simec

Idk man. Blackstone Labs Dust Extreme made me europhic for some reason. Their Dust V2 does nothing. I'm seriously about to give up on preworkout powders and snort coffee grinds lol

Sucks because I bought two tubs of dustv2 I think....

What's up you filthy animals?!

Yesterday was shoulders day, and I added in bis. I CANNOT believe the insane changes I've seen in my bis from training them 3x a week. I do a medium volume day after back, I high volume one (the one I posted) and also a heavy one (mostly 5x5 and 3x5). Truly, it's shocking the difference I have seen. Yesterday I did the high volume one with a "partner", truly a girl I've been seeing, and it was a blast. Nothing makes you look bigger than standing next to a 5'2", 95 lb girl.

The shoulders were a BITCH to say the least. Meadows had a giant set setup with rear delt raises, side raises, front raises then seated press.... Man, it was TOUGH to superset all those together... I am shocked DAILY at the changes I am seeing right now... This dbol with the insulin thing I learned about a while ago may really have some merit.

What're you guys training today? Do you prefer to follow a program, or to just wing it?

+1 on the bicep gains! Get it!

I did GLUTE DAY. Yup all ass stuff:oops:

And no i cant wing anything. I am a notebook guy. Have been for a LONG time. Everything has to be on purpose. Thats how winning is done. And there is no guess work about poundages and measurements. I track it all and strive to best it every week

I'm starting to do that with my benches, squats and DL's... I have the juggernaut style lifting book, I think I'm going to incorporate their stuff when I'm done with this blast. I've seen pics of your notebook, LOL. You inspired me to try it, but I found it was easier to just log it in my phone.

Sounds like you're living the dream. I just need patience. I'm going to start small. Have a test base and hit one compound per cycle for a while just to see how I react to each compound and then I'll start adding as I go.

I'm really learning from these logs.

Ive got notebooks going back to high school. I use one everyday in my big ass lunch "pal". More like a lunch chest:D. Keeps track of whats going in. Im knee deep in it. When im on the war path everything gets tracked otherwise i under eat. Every damn time. I also have a different one in my gym bag. Keeps track of poundages, sets, rep schemes, how im feeling, what hurts, new programs. I cant do a single rep without it. It helps me keep track of trends, when im slouching, what were the most productive programs i used, body measurements. I HAVE to best my lifts as often as i can. I cant find any better way to keep track of it

Trukker, this is why you are successful at what you are doing. You track your results, learn what doesn't work, and modify. You are a perfect example of what we SHOULD be doing. I am trying to be better about it in my notes app, I'm starting with the big lifts now, and hoping I get into it enough to track it all. Progressive weight increase is key IMO>

I wish i had Coleman genes. That way anything i do would work
But its not reality and i dont enjoy getting up at 0300 before work workouts so i can achieve shitty results or stale progress. Mind of a lion bro. LETS GET GET GET IT

High frequency is so underrated. Most guys refuse to even give it a shot and that's unfortunate. For squats and deadlift I find twice a week is better for me. Anything else 3-4x a week is great, lats, chest and delts especially. I can't ever stay motivated to train arms regularly for long, but I believe they would respond really well to it as well like you said.

As far as following a program I need things mapped out months in advance, at least for my main movements. If I have slots for assistance I might rotate them every few weeks as I see fit. For the main lifts I also like to be able to look ahead and envision where I need to be at certain points to reach my end goals. Like "X" amount of weight for "X" amount of reps at week 8 to be on track for my week 16 goals or whatever. I like the old saying "if you fail to plan then you plan to fail."

As far as tracking I'll have my routine on a notepad app or spreadsheet. I'll reference it at the gym. I used to fill in sets, reps, notes and all that on the app, but for almost a year I've just put them in logs on Meso. I figure this way it's forever instead of just on whatever device I'm using. I've got old logs in several different phones and computers and actual notebooks all scattered about.

I believe power cleans, banded good mornings, incline dumbells and rows are what's on my routine for tonight.

It's still wild for me to consider a routine like that.. I'm chest and tris, or back and bis... Whatever. Not these mixed lifts, it's interesting to me!

I hear you and we get used to doing things a certain way for sure. The whole hammering one muscle until it's toast and going to failure philosophy is mostly incompatible with the higher frequency philosophy, too. I can't give an honest comparison either because when I was doing the lower frequency spilt years ago I didn't have the knowledge to do it right.

I had to start work early so I went off script for a quick workout.

Squat 5x10
Seated leg curl 4x10
Extensions 3x10 + 1x6
This cool machine that is basically a standing rear press? Works glutes and hams 3x10

Preachers 3x10
Dbell curls 3x10
Hammers 3x10
Tricep pressdowns 1x10+ 1x20 + 1x30
Standing skull crushers 2x15

Had 4eggs, bacon, french toast, country potatoes, two scups on hydrowhey.

Headed to lunch now. Pants are getting tight with all the leg days. Fucking love it! Thx to @Wunderpus & @gr8whitetrukker for breaking me off 1 body part per week mentality. Sorry dad:(

It is

Im taking steroids:confused:
Serious business
Besides i got growing too do:D
Truk does it right. He does it better than I do, truly. I am NOT very good at logging things. However, I am VERY good at writing my diets, and sticking to them. I am hoping I can be that way with logging my lifts, I've tried about 5 times and give up in a week. I just don't like to be distracted in the middle of my workout....

By the way, my gym has these stupid new machines that count your reps! Anyone seen this stupid shit? WTF is WRONG with people that they need that?
