Good morning, fuckers!
So, today I am finally feeling better from the flu I luckily caught... Really only knocked me down for about 2 days. Fuck, the feeling of not being able to lift really fucks with me when I'm trying to grow. Anyway, it's been cheatmeal o'clock the past few days, fuck it. Cake, fruit loops, chinese food, pizza.... You name it. Today we're getting serious again, meal prep starts tonight. 2 days of fuckery in terms of diet won't kill you, and honestly I think you sometimes need it. I finally feel like Satan isn't gorilla fucking my whole body, so life if is good.
Right now drugs are still simple... Deca, test and GH with some insulin here and there (took 10 days off, restarting today). For fun I might throw in some tren. ace. to see how it mixes with this little cocktail... If it fucks up my appetite, it's gone, and will be replaced with EQ. Or, maybe I'll just add EQ too...
Here was a check in from the other day, around 215lbs still (increasing calories today) :

I pin 3cc EOD of 150 deca, 250 test E blend. So, 1575 deca and 2625 test E a week. 10 iu GH split into (4) 2.5 iu pins.Damn what are the odds of that shit... the flu. Are your dosages still the same? What's your pinning schedule like on higher dosages? Or do you pin everyday just to maintain stable blood levels?

Sucks about the new freak juice... I honestly don't take pre workouts anymore. I just do a few caffeine pills on the days i'm lagging... My sleep has been shitty from being sick, but I take 10mg's melatonin (zip melts ONLY, the tabs suck) before bed. Works wonders.How's your sleep? Besides the GH. I find my sleep sucks. Either that or it's my body telling me I don't need as much sleep as I think I do. On NPP I'm soaked, I should of ran Deca this bulk cycle because I'm pinning everyday and it's getting redundant. In 3 weeks I'm going to hit Tren Ace and after that a very low dose of Test for a long time.
Btw I tried Freak Juice 2.0...... I was Fucking yawning while hitting 6 plates on the hack squat for 15 reps. Sucks

I pin it bilaterally. I don't know if it's dispersed throughout the body like some claim.... So I don't chance it.Does it enhance localized growth of where it's injected? I know that's a partial myth and the lr3 chain makes it disperse throughout the body due to the longer time it's active but it seems guys inject it bi-laterally into the bodypart that was worked on that particular day.
Dutifully noted on the insulin... that's some hardcore shit. But with IGF isn't it the same deal with carb intake? Like you need to taper up/down the carb intake after IGF has been injected.

BTW , im still doing that calf workout ( 3 sets of 30 with 10 sec pause every ten reps) and the results ive had are better in the last 6 months then the previous 6 years. My calves arent great but they are good. I actually get compliments on my calves and i NEVER had compliments on them before, so i cant thank you enough for sharing that.
Im also still doing the leg raises with the 2 sec pause for 20 reps. Gotta say its fucking brutal. Squats are bow my easy leg day [emoji33]
I had 2 guys tell me they wanted to get serious with training and asked if they could join me. Both exited after leg day lol one made it through two but i cant PAY either one of them to join me again. I guess not being able to walk without pain for 4-5 days doesnt appeal to most.
