Alot of these trt doctors just prescribe an ai and tell the patient to take it.
The patient just does what their told.
I left a trt dr last month that was gonna do my trt here.
I asked for an e2 sensitive bloodwork and he told me he wouldnt order it.
He only would order ttest.
I said how do you know how to manage e2 from aromitization......he said. What?.....thats when i left.

Sad people recommending for this guy to start at 500mg Test 600mg Tren lol. This is basically his 1st Tren cycle since he never actually finished his first run with Tren. Listen if you can't gain muscle with 200mg Test and 300mg Tren, either your tren is underdosed or you're doing something wrong.

Most people who recommend high doses have been using steroids for a while...

He said to me maybe you should try coming off your LH and FSH levels might be back to normal lmfao. I really almost slapped the stupid fucking look off his face. The fucked up thing is the dumb cocksucker had all my pre Trt bloods which show all my LH and FSH levels were in the upper range. My low t was primary not secondary. This piece of shit was advertising that Trt was one of his specialties

I think you misunderstood the question that was asked and it was... what will provide better bulking gains netting lean mass.
The answer is higher test with tren.
Lower test with tren will harden you up and lean you out.
I dont see anyone recomending either for a first tren run cuz he was asking about tren e.

Thats not entirely true. I use 150mg a week pharmacom test e and I have to take .5 twice a week to keep my estro in check. Some of us are just really sensitive and convert test to estro like crazy and unfortunately I am one of them. My gyno in my right nipple flairs up big time if I try to skip a adex dose or try and lower it. The gyno is from puberty that developed when I was around 13 and it's never left, shrunk but never left. If it wasn't for that fucking thing I could probably get away with no ai since my left nipple doesn't get irritated at all on cycle or just at trt levels.

If so you are correct as far as what i think most people experience....but with tren e for me anyway the sides at 800mg weekly with 500test are no worse than the sides from 400 tren a and 250 test.
But again thats just my experience.

Since you use arimidex regularly....do you notice any joint stiffness along with its use?

Having more test in relation to tren hasn't made much difference that I have noticed in my experiance or people I have known.

keeping a more TRT based amount of Test in your system helps with fighting aromatase since there is not an over abundance of Test to be converted in to estrogen. J

True, you will not have as much e2 to deal with, but if you don't use enough test and you are running an AI like alot of guys do, you have the opposite problem as in too little e2 and all the nasty sides that go along with that.

If I use 125-250mg test along with tren, I can cut up and still keep e2 where it should be. I use 100mg of tren ed, but I have used it for a couple decades, and I know what to expect.

A good rule of thumb is that to make gains use an equal or greater dose of test and to cut use a smaller dose of test. 125-250 mg ew works for me.

So I am looking to do another Tren cycle, here is my question.. I've see a lot of people doing a Tren cycle with TRT dosage with their Test.
