Hello everyone. After trolling around on here for a few months as a non-member I decided to create a profile. I wanted to introduce myself and let everyone know that I appreciate all the information on here. Ive only been working out on a consistent basis for about a year now. Ive had little spurts here and there with sports when I was younger that helped keep me in halfway decent shape but now im trying to put the extra time and work in to see a better form of results than ive had in the past. Im 30 yrs old, 5'9" (5'10" on a good day), and 178lbs. Im not sure of my body fat percentage but I know I could shed a few pounds and lean out a little. I have just a little experience with gear and its something I should have waited on until I was more educated on that matter. Its great to be able to find a place where people share their experiences and offer advice. I like that theres alot of discussion about harm reduction and the legitimacy of what people are doing or intend to do. There are so many components involved in proper workout routines, proper nutrition, proper use of gear, proper health precautions and the informtaion ive gathered so far reading through has been fantastic. I know that people can be a little harsh sometimes but I think its par for the course and well deserved at times, especially when someones giving terrible advice or suggestions based merely on broscience with no facts or proof or research to back it up. So again thank you for all the information and open discussions. I hope that in my quest for healthy gains I can get the advice I need from all of you and your experience.
