Since some people on meso like to belittle others I figured I'd make a thread on something worth a conversation .. anyway Guy Cisternino is in the best shape of his bb career I also like Dallas mccarver but I feel hes young .. I like Guys balls to the wall attitude I feel like he's the hardest working ifbb out

Dallas mcarver trains at my gym.. he looks amazing this season.. he has switches trainers and is using Coleman's coach instead of Matt Jansen.. he will def place top 5

You srs? Dallas back is the known con of his physique. Even in this picture it's just wide, he has almost no thickness from his traps to his Christmas tree no pop, it's like a blackboard back there.

He's miss details and pop in his back clearly. Sure he has a wide later spread but that's it. That's a pic of morel from 2015 and the other pic is dallas 21 days out.
