Slicin' and Dicin' into the summer

God dammit boys and girls, when it rains, it pours, am I right?

Well, thursday night - friday afternoon was a brutal little run. Thursday night I tore the fascia in my left bicep. After have a doc buddy look at it, he said I'm lucky it didn't come off the bone. Basically, he described a rope and I "tore" the middle section of the rope (he used a knife cutting into it analogy) and the fascia (fibers in the rope) frayed everywhere. Well, good news is I probably won't need surgery since it didn't separate. Now, bad news is I might need surgery for cosmetic reasons, if it heals back funny. It didn't even hurt when I did it, it started to about 15 minutes after the fact. I was literally curling 25's, at an incline seated DB curl. No fuckery, bad form, crazy weight, nothing... I really don't know HOW it happened. It didn't even feel hard for the first few reps, I didn't have an idea this was on it's way. Well, I got to the bottom of a rep, and physically couldn't lift it again. Not from the pain, I just felt like there was literally no fuel left. So, I racked up the DB's, grabbed my keys and called it a night as I was almost done anyway. By the time I was almost home, I had INSANE shooting pains into my hand/fingers and down my forearm. I thought it was tendinitis or something, I honestly didn't think it was the bicep. I went inside, sat on the couch and passed out for literally about 12 hours... I woke up, and my arm was KILLING me! I thought I slept on it weird, or something, still not putting together the pieces....

With my arm being so heavily tattooed, I didn't even noticed until I looked in the mirror, and it looked like there was cranberry sauce under my skin. I'm talking FULL of blood, like a blood bruise. You could CLEARLY see the two heads of the bicep were separated, poor @Eman and @GearGodess were assaulted with frantic pictures when this happened... I'm not as tough as I look ;)

Anyway, doc says 4 weeks of not using it, PERIOD. I can do some stuff for back if I use wraps he said, as long as I'm not gripping too much, or rotating the wrist. Inflammation is down today, pain is still pretty solid, but nothing like the first 2 days. I didn't even leave the bed the day after I hurt so bad....

I am going to try @mands suggestions of TB500. I will be running this at 2mg's 2x a week for a few weeks, then cut down to a maintenance dose. This will be used in conjunction with hGH and the appropriate heat/cold therapy as well as epsom salt. Diet will be on point, as will micro nutrient consumption. I want EVERY advantage to heal up here.

Moral of the story, when shit is going PERFECTLY, a horrible road block can pop up. I'm going to use this as a great excuse to work on building my chest and calves, as well as tri's assuming it doesn't hurt my bi's. Sometimes you just gotta accept the hand you're dealt, and play your best play. I could easily just get upset, stop going to the gym and give up. Rather, I'll refocus on a new goal, and work towards that.

Thanks for following along guys, I'm hoping to have some good feedback on this TB500!

Damn brother!!!!!! Thats a tough break especially for gym junkies.
I wish you a speedy and complete recovery.
If you could keep us posted on how the TB500 works that would be great. I ran it a while back but never finished the entire protocol cause i got ripped off when i ordered the remainder of the run.

Eh, it makes your tattoo look cool. Gives it a little spice.

Heal up my man, keep on slamming that GH and you'll be like muscle tear what?

You really think GH can help? It has had no benefits to my beat up shoulders , much to my dismay. But maybe at 2 iu ED is just not enough, what do you the think?? Serious question!

I was mostly kidding with him... But, I do think if you take enough GH you're going to repair tissue that's having trouble catching up. 2iu probably not quite enough to see much in that regard, IMO.

What part of your shoulders are bothering you?

Late to the party but sub'd! You've made some mad gainz over these past few months. Keep it up!

Sorry to hear about your injury. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Havent been following but i tuned in to see this post. I mean holy shit man! I dont even know what to say. Freak level injury right there. Lemme know how it goes for you
Been meaning to say i love the new avi

Rotator cuffs both sides. Really makes benching, dips, and shoulder presses a real challenge.

Rotator cuffs are one thing I'm not sure if GH will help a great deal... I say that because rotator cuffs are tricky injuries.

You might see an improvement if you bump up to 4iu, might be worth a shot.

I have knee troubles that GH has never helped... But, before I started GH I was having pain in my left ankle. It slowly subsided after I started GH, coincidence? Possibly. Possibly not.

I'm running 6iu ATM and I've definitely noticed a difference at this dose... I'd run more if I weren't scared of insulin resistance.

I fell behind on your log until just now and saw the injury thing. That sucks, hope you heal up quickly. Nothing else to do but go hard on other body parts in the meantime.

Hey, @Wunderpus ,I just saw this thread a few minutes ago. I'm in. Sux about the Bi. I told you I hadn't seen a pic of you in a while before you text me the one a few weeks back. Extraordinary. You've always been in shape but in street clothes I have a feeling you looked like a regular guy. There's no hiding what you've got going on now. If I can help out in any way, as always, hit me up.
I see a bunch of the old misfits hanging around your thread. @Eman , @Mr.B66 , @gr8whitetrukker ,@Perrin Aybara , @TorroXL , and @GearGodess , all here. Good group here.
Mr.B...i'm probably not telling you anything you don't know and I don't have personal experience with it but before the Steriod Act was signed and put on the books, MLB pitchers would regularly have nandrolone prescribed for their shoulders. Rotator cuff issues were often seen. Nandrolone good for joints but also promoted healing if I'm not mistaken.

Nandrolone promotes glucocorticoid binding on at joint. It helps cortisol bind to JOINTS, assisting in the fluid increase in the articular cap of the joint. Probably has some effect on increasing synovial fluid.

I'm not messing about wp, YOU GOT HURT FROM NOT USING A LONG ENOUGH ECCENTRIC ON EACH REP. Typically 4s minimum. That's how I do it. Got to consider the increased strength

"Ch-ch-ch-ch-Changes, turn and face the strain"

Okay, anyway, now that we got the David Bowie lyrics out of the way, let's discuss the meaning of this!

In all aspects of life, we must adapt, and observe. I was unhappy with how quickly I was shrinking (SAY WHAT?!)! Yes, I was losing too much weight (looked like fat and water mostly), too fast, and was looking flat, as fuck. I literally was melting away, without really any cardio. I didn't like that, it wasn't part of my 16 week plan, it would've been fine if this was a 4 week crash diet cut, but this is not. I was actually putting on the weight, in a caloric deficit, with minimal carbs, but my body did not look good, at all. No pumps, etc. So, I did a lot of thinking about what I want to do, and consulted a few friends, one of which is an IFBB pro super heavy weight (maybe he'll see the Olympia stage someday, but Chris Aceto does his programs, so he knows a little bit, I'd say).

I'm going for the "Unicorn Cycle", the one that everyone wants, where you gain muscle and lose fat. Let's see how this is done.... I feel like this might be the way to do it.

Anyway, I'm going to focus on adding lean mass right now, and keeping the cardio up. I'm not fat, by any means. I think the next 2 months will allow me to slowly "grow" into a harder shape. Reminds me a lot of what the older BB'ers used to do, where they'd literally grow into stage shape. Nowadays people get WAY too soft, and cut before a show. I'm learning my body doesn't respond as well to sudden changes, and has a tendency to freak out if I grow, or shrink, too fast. So, here are the changes, my friends:

Drugs:
Still 10iu GH
Tren A
- 2100mg's/week (WHAT?!, yes!)
NPP- 700mg's a week (this will allow me to keep adding some hardness, and hopefully not too much soft weight)
Test P- 700mg's/week
Test Enan- 1300mg's/week
------ 2000mg's/week total test
Superdrol- 40mg's/day. This is a whole new drug (Can you believe that?! Something I've never tried?!). I started it on Saturday, and I can already feel, and see it, working. This shit looks like it might be a staple in future cycles already.
Insulin- Are you kidding? No, seriously I know guys who run insulin up to three weeks prior to their show (check John Meadows Universe Log, for example). So, it can be done, when used wisely and properly. It'll be humalog 10iu pre, and 10iu post workout on my "biggest" days (Legs, arms and back).
T4- Your standard 200mcg's to make up for the GH's lowering of T3 production
IGF-1 LR3- Giving some a try from Maxim. I've been pleased with their other products, and their service has been top notch. I've had mixed experiences with LR3, never run Maxim's (Transformix, maybe a year and a half ago, had SOMETHING crazy in there that blew me the fuck up. Purchase Peptides did squat, nada, nothing).
Mk-677- I've seen plenty of studies now to convince me this is worth trying, and my brother from another mother @fodsod 's bloodwork on the shit was the final piece to get me interested. This stuff is crazy for appetite, it's comparable to GHRP-6, but seems to last ALL day. Seriously, I am never full. That alone makes it worth the $$$.
GHRP-2 and CJC- No Dac- I've used these before, I liked it. It definitely seemed to boost my hunger, and increase my GH "sides" (swollen hands, lethargy, better sleep, nail growth, etc.) The stuff is cheap, and actually seems to work relatively well. This is all anecdotal bro science BS, but, it's worth the $$$ for me, personally.
ECA Stack- 1 upon waking, 1 pre workout

Potential additions:
Masteron Prop: 1000mgs/week. Regardless this will be added, when? I don't know. I will add it when I take out the NPP, I would guess. Also, I just don't know how i feel about using it when I'm not actively "cutting", per say, rather slowly adding lean mass.

Diet:

Well, this is some fucked up shit. I'm gonna eat as much as I can, very few cheats. I'm talking real foods, only, and high calories. I've been doing it since saturday, and feel fine and look harder and leaner than I ever have, so, I'll keep doing this until I add to much fat, if I do. I honestly feel a bit ridiculous eating this much, but we will see how long I can get away with it, no "dirty" bulk for me anymore, just too much work to cut it all down.

The macros (yes, this looks insane, this is an experiment, I know it truly looks retarded, but this has been gone over with a few personal friends and it's seemed to work as long as the timing, drugs and training are in check). I'll back off the overall calories, and the carbs in particular if I gain much fat, I just have no interest in that. I can post the outline of the actual food, and food timing, if you guys are interested.

P: 582 grams
C: 629 grams
Fat: 128 Grams
Total Calories: 5996

Training:

The training is going to be intense, that's why I feel these high macros will be used for rebuilding muscle (also the GH, tren, NPP, test, Superdrol and insulin should help with partitioning). I'll be doing John Meadows The Gauntlet, for the second time. This was BY FAR the most intense program I've ever done, and I feel like I under recovered each time from it... I don't think I ate, or slept enough the first time I did it. Also, I will be doing cardio 3x a week either fasted in the AM, or if need be, post lifting.

Weighing in around 216lbs right now. It's weird, I gained weight will trying to "cut", and looked flatter, but drier. I'm not really SURE what happened, but it wasn't "bad" weight that I put on, just looked kind of shitty from the lack of carbs and probably over training.

The "cut" will resume, probably April 1st and slide into the end of May. So, that's when I'd expect to see clen, t3 and masteron hit the lineup, and the insulin removed. Also, the test will PROBABLY drop, we shall see how soft this test spike makes me. So, I will keep this in the "cut" thread, as it's part of the same journey, just a bit of the detour.

I'm here for you guys with any answers I can provide, and all the love and kisses you want this Valentine's day :)
Bad asssss.
I wana hear more about these peptides and how they go for you.
FUCKIN A

Peptides are on the way, I'll be running it with high dosed GH. I still am on GH, hopefully i don't have any "time off" while I'm waiting for this other shipment. I have GHRP-6, CJC no DAC and MK-677 that I am going to blast, too. I want FULL IGF-1 and restorative property overload! Also, I'll be doing 20 minutes EoD in the sauna (huge increase in IGF-1 if you guys didn't know).

@biggerben69 glad to see you around here, feel like we chat more over texts than we do on the forums these days.

@gr8whitetrukker you know the love is mutual, thanks for popping in. Can't wait to hear about the success of your new endeavor!

@Crystal234 thank you! You're always welcome in my corner!

@Mr.B66 you know I got love for you, thanks for stopping in! I did see a lot of reports where TB500 was helping in healing old injuries, permanently! You may want to look into it... I might put my old ass dad on it, he runs GH from his "anti-aging" clinic. The fucker just beat himself up so bad over the years of weight lifting and basketball.

Jealous of all the good stuff you talk about. I learn alot from your experiences
As for me nothing major as of yet. I still have to get with a lawyer and set up the corporate structure and im likely to sit on it for a year and let time accrue under the business. Thatll open doors for me in the near future as far as lending is concerned.

You know, I appreciate that.... I really do. For years, as you know, haters come and go (almost always go, you'll notice). I've always wanted to allow my experiences (or experiments, if you will) to hopefully shine a bit of light on new strategies, training, diet, drugs, etc. I've always wanted to be as transparent as possible, but never to recommend anyone to actually follow my footsteps. Generally, I'd say my advice is moderate at most, as I'm pretty conservative what I tell others to do.

However, I am a walking example of what changes can TRULY occur at almost light speed with an insane drug, diet and training blast. You CAN change your physique in 4-6 weeks, just how badly do you want it? I'm living proof.

Here is a pre-pump pic from the 23rd (this was the night I tore the bicep). So, I wasn't pumped at all, whereas the avi had a bit of a chest pump. Still adding weight, no loss in leanness, thus far. I'm up about 20 or so pounds... don't listen to the people who say you can't stay lean and high striations with using nandrolone and high test, it's DIET and E2 control.

Oh WP my dear, yes that was a traumatic pic! I was wondering why your tats were swimming in a blood blister that covered your arm! And looked swollen and painful. Then you vanished for the night! Wasn't sure if you fell asleep in the bathtub!

Glad you set aside your stubbornness and asked a doc to give his input. So now listen to his input and rest it. Take your vitamins and recover quickly so you can be back to your mutant monsta awesome self! xo
