Trying something a little different with my diet this time. Since october i was bulking at 3300 calories and put on 11lbs with alot of fat (which sucked but i needed to get my weight up) now I got a little spooked for the summer when i looked back at my pictures before october. I gain all of my weight in my midsection so hello muffin top lol
Now I am trying to cut some fat off, curious to hear some opinions though. I dropped my calories down to 2200 for 3 days and was losing weight quickly. I got nervous and today i bumped it back up to 2350 I would hate to lose the little bit of muscle I put on these last couple of months.
So my question is what do you guys think about dieting down to 2200 calories for 3 days of the week and back up to 2900 maintenace level for the rest of the week? I would probably lose 1 lb a week doing that. Or maybe just suck it up for 3 weeks at 2200 calories and lose 6-8lbs hopefully mostly fat? Macros at 2350 are 44p/33c/23f
