Just curious, in your 2 months as a member here, how many of this sources customers have come to you with pictures of packs they received that they were REALLY concerned about, due to inadequate packaging methods being used?

Just curious, if you were to see a pattern of concerning packaging that posed a threat to our community here, would you attempt to address it with the source and the community, or would you just chalk it up to "Mike" in the basement being an amateur, or would you try to engage in discussion that might benefit all involved?

Just curious, in your 2 months here, have you picked up on the fact that we tend to be more demanding of sources around here regarding the security of our members, and thus we do not accept the lame excuse that a source with profit margins as high as the margins are in this game can not afford to be more careful with packaging?

Just curious, if you wanted this source to be successful like the members here do, would you try to help him improve his operation, or just sit by and watch him utilize inadequate packaging methods that are a threat to his existence here at Meso?

I am not sure how long you have been "lurking" around here before you joined 2 months ago, but MANY sources have been the source of their own demise here due to issues like this. Myself and others are trying to help Pharmasource not be one of them.

Another thing I know is business and as business you MUST adapt to times. You always have to be the one to predict the next fad and be the first one there.

A few. Members who are use to packs arriving a little more secure. Guys just asking my opinion on what I thought. It wasn't like stuff was hanging out of packs or anything, but certainly below what most of us are use to from the majority of UGL's.

BTW, regarding vacuum packs, it should he mentioned that vacuum packs are NOT THE ONLY secure method, just the most secure, but certainly not a necessity. Any source can achieve near the same level of secure packaging with basic everyday packing materials, providing the effort was made. Bubble wrap, or even enough saran wrap, plus enough packing tape that covered the entire group of vials would provide a fairly secure pack that would mostly avoid the risks of breaking vials or amps. I have seen many UGL's utilize this method with very good results.

I have to agree with @bickel29 on this point as well. I have had the opportunity to see a few packs from this supplier and the packaging was mediocre at best. Only one contained any liquids ands nothing was broken in any of them. But if one of these packs were to take a good bump, it could definitely be damaged to the point that the contents could possibly fall out or leak out. This possibility is definitely a security risk to customers.

I am pulling for this lab and not beating any drums yet. This lab could be top notch once their gear proves itself through testing and packaging is improved.

That number will be very hard to pin down @pharmasource since no one person will know about all packs customers would have rather seen improved. For example I haven't had the chance to see the packs @bickel29 has seen and I know for certain he hasn't seen the packs I have seen. This is going to be a case of customer satisfaction. Either something will be improved or it won't be which could possibly lead to lost sales. Customers have stated(edit:sp) they are willing to pay for more secure packaging. It will come out of their pockets in the end and not yours.

All it takes is one person getting the wrong kind of attention from one of your packs due to poor packaging, and then the number would be WAY TOO HIGH.

You seem to continue to take this as some kind of attack on you, when we are only trying to help you, while looking out for all involved (including you).

You have made it clear that you are not concerned about this, which you are entitled to do.

But look at how many guys have stated that they received broken vials/amps from you in this thread.

I've offered my thoughts and opinions on this. You decided, in your mind, that it is not an issue for you, but it is an issue worth being aware of for the members of our community signing for your packs.

I suppose we'll just let the buyer beware and choose for themselves, but it does need to be out there for everyone to know about when buying from you.

I hope you consider that fair enough.

And for the record, just so everyone knows, yes, I have ordered from this source more than once, so I speak from not only others experience, but my own as well.

I've already mentioned saran wrap to him 10 pages ago. My dad's company use to send out hardware to job sites and they'd have this reel of saran wrap (dirt cheap) and the guys would wrap hardware with it and it would take literally seconds to wrap a bundle of hardware the size of a basketball.

He's making this into a bigger deal the it already is by not simply talking about it.

He's saying if other problems come up how will you rectify them? Are you that dense? You are doing a bad job trying to rectify this one.

I'm sure your shippers took a little more precautions in the beginning and or customers don't know any better and don't think of the consequences? You don't have a clue how they are packed from your shippers do you? Of course you don't.

So, quit trying to argue and correct the situation. It takes one email to your shippers to put them on point. They work for you don't they?

I think you're looking at this from the wrong angle. If a handful have been in conversation with this one member I can promise you that their are many more. I for one have had this conversation with a different member. I would have loved to try your oils but decided not to order any oils because the risk was to great for me. Maybe that means nothing to you but of course I'm gonna be more worried about my freedom than you are. I have enjoyed doing business with you sir, but this order will be my last when you are not concerned about what concerns us. You have been a great source here and I would love to see you succeed. I guarantee you that your business would grow even more if you changed your packing and that means more money for you. I'm a business man myself and I guarantee you if enough customers requested I do something a different way I would. It doesn't matter if I think it's stupid or unnecessary because my customers are my livelihood and I will cater to them to keep their business.
