Guns

do you have a light on it or are the sights enough? I'm looking at a glock 19, hk VP9 or CZ sp01 next. I can see one of those replacing the colt for home defense purposes.

I don't have a light.,The sights work really well, but a light would def make it better.

My brother in law has the 40 but I'm bigger fan of the 9. I couldn't help myself man. Went in for some range ammo, walked out with a M&P. $340, seemed like good price

That's a good deal. Sometimes you can find them online for $299 with free shipping, but then there's the transfer fee. I looked at the Shield 45, but I don't know how accurate I'd be on follow up shots with it. The 9 shoots lights out!

Got my first rifle today, used, pretty cheap.

I think they're technically carbines. I own an older version 995 (the stock is a little different) and like it. I have their C9 pistol too. Great beat around weapons and lots of cheap mods for your 995. They also are fully warranted for life, whether you're the first or 1000th owner.

Big money baby

No doubt, pretty hard to find in FDE, too... which jacks the price up another couple hundred bucks.

No regrets, though. Recoil is just a hair more than an AR. Pretty impressive for a 7.62. Fucking fireball out of that muzzle break is ridiculous and it's louder than all hell. All in all, an absolute blast to shoot.

Fuck, in the early 70's I used to shoot competition bull's-eye hand guns. Did ok for a few years. Just 38 semi-auto, 22 semi -auto and 38 revolver. Slow, timed and rapid fire. Not combat.
I love hand guns BUT I can not legally touch fire arms. :( Nor is it good for a heavy Bi-Polar person to own.

I can't imagine those guns you guys are doin. I would love to shoot one...Pretty cool man !! :)

No, this week sometime though. My brother in law was selling it and it was too cheap to pass up. Sort of an impulse buy...

They're pretty damn cheap new.lol I've shot high points before but never the carbine. If you go by strictly durability and ability to fire they're fuckin top notch elite level shit, never seen one jam. If you look at any other aspect of them well it's not great but they don't cost much either:oops: Watch a diehard glock guy start talking shit to me in a minute o_O just so you guys know the weight argument is invalid on this forum :p
