Slicin' and Dicin' into the summer

Updates ahead!

The time has come to change course now, and head towards the more uncomfortable path of leaning out/hardening up.... I have enjoyed the past few weeks, I think a bit over a month, of adding a bit of mass, and I'm happy with what I have added, while retaining almost all of my leanness.

So, let the tren, begin! Here's how we're doing shit, it's simple:

The test level MIGHT drop, I'm not sure yet, we shall see.

Yes, there is some insulin. It will be removed, I'm sure. However, with this much GH, it really helps keep me full and I've never had it hinder fat loss assuming overall carbs/macros are conducive to weight loss. Chances are it'll get dropped, as will the carbs, on smaller/stronger days and kept on weaker days... Eventually the insulin will likely be dropped all together.

The goal is to harden up, and retain as much of my muscle as possible. I hope to lose weight slower than I did last cut....
 
If your able to follow this plan to the letter, i really dont see how you CANT be successful. Especially from where i assume your starting, big but lean.
You planning on a before and after pic? I would be really interested in seeing what a plan like this delivers.
Also, im on week 7 of creeping death, brutal at times but cant thank you enough for turning me on to it.

You know how it is on here. Too many posers talking shit and pretending they are more than what they are. I'd say about 95% of them wouldn't get a second look in the gym or in public from the more advanced guys on here. @Wunderpus is one of the few that is truly going all out, no holds barred, no cost considered. That shit is pretty damn exciting to me since he's documenting it in real time for everyone.

Thanks brother. You and even MORE SO @gr8whitetrukker know what I'm about. Trukker knows that whether or not you love what I post, it's real. Beyond that, I don't care about much to be honest. I just enjoy the process, and I enjoy documenting it for others. I'd be curious too, honestly! Years back I DID wonder what it was like to run crazy GH and insulin, etc. Now, I am experiencing it for myself, and doing what I can do entertain and maybe even educate.... Certainly this is NOT the path of least resistance, but, it's the only one I really care to take.

You only regret the things you didn't do. You may never have another opportunity to do what you're doing in the way you're doing it right now. You're making that shit count and I appreciate you're willingness to do it for all to see. That's the shit that counts in my book.

All the haters can choke on a dick. Those of us who know the deal respect your commitment to the process. None of what you're doing is easy. The diet, the training and sticking to the drug dosing regimen can be exhausting. Mad respect on my end bro.

WP kicks ass each and every day. Even with his midnight runs for "fruit macros" that he believes were missing from his diet that day. [emoji6] lol (you know what I mean @Wunderpus)

But he's been holding out on you guys cause he looks great and has come such a long way even since his last update as I see it daily.

GG, you and I both KNOW watermelon sour patch kids ARE fruit! They couldn't call them watermelon if they weren't.
 
As far as the training is concerned, I was waiting for John Meadows to release his new program, which he did this morning. Starting Monday I will be doing John Meadows Onslaught program....

Here is how it will look:
Week 1-4 – Legs high frequency
Week 5-8 – Back high frequency
Week 9-12 – Chest and Shoulders high frequency

What's up friends?!

I wanted to just stop by this thread and throw in a quick update!

Things are moving nicely with the Onslaught training, I actually opted to do chest first as the high frequency, as summer is coming up, judge me. I'll do back, then legs... So, reverse order. Whatever.

Developments in the chesticles as well as the arm department have been nice. I'm still maintaining my leanness, and putting weight on slowly.... Yes, I know I'm technically transitioning into a "cut", but, there's nothing wrong with solely adding lean mass as a form of a "cut", as your overall body fat % and visual look changes into a much more hardened and defined look.

No fat burners yet, just some caffeine pre workout, and that's the only stim. I will slowly add them in, after I tweak my diet and add in cardio. For now, it's just 20 minute walks 2x a day with the dog... Seems to work just fine for where I'm at.

I honestly feel like this is a pretty solid starting point for when I decide to actually buckle down and add in the dietary changes, cardio and then fat burners.

This is VERY true. I wish i knew the thngs i know now back when i was in my 30's, i would have prob been doing things similar to Wunder , but there was no info avail like today ( no meso) it was all bro-science.
Now at 50 i cant take the risk of such protocol. Oh well , i have the pleasure of following along with Wunder and thats pretty cool. I still do pretty good with what i got, i just have to do things a little different.
