What's up guys?!
Hope everyone is well, and gearing up for the weekend!
I'm approaching the last few days of my John Meadows program, 28 Days Later... This shit was extreme, truly extreme. I have seen significant changes in my back in just a few weeks, couldn't be happier! I'll probably just take things easy until April 15th or so, and then hop back into the cut stage. I've been happy with the mass I've put on in the last month or so, it's been almost entirely clean and hard weight.
Keeping it short and sweet, as I'm exhausted this morning. As always, please comment and feel free to ask away!
Much love, WP.
God dammit.....Dont think for a minute i forgot that ice castle wine tasting picture you debonair sunofabitch!
Meadows emphasizes how important it is to have recovery and diet dialed in before doing his programs. I think a lot of people believe that's a joke... Well, you'll beat your body down SO much you won't grow if your diet and recovery are shit.Im experiencing the same thing, 5 weeks in the creeping death and my shoulders, arms and chest are where im noticing the biggest changes. Back was way behind and hoping to make some significant changes there as well, im expecting it because this is the most intense back work i have ever done.
But what i find interesting is that i can eat as much as i possibly can, and must in order to recover ( had to up my cals dramatically because i just wasnt recovering that first week) but seem to be getting leaner. Muscles look full and hard and the pump i get is insane. Just wish it lasted like 24 hrs [emoji41]
Anyway thanks again Wunder, im deff a meadows convert.
Old fashioneds from time to time!
My favorite intra workout drink is just some thing with more hate and anger in it. Possibly slipknot or whatever im feeling at the moment. Some thing so hateful about Corey Taylors vocals that makes me push harder. No matter how sweaty, gross and tired i am.
What do you use?
No, its hatoradePhew, that's a relief. If you said Manhattan I don't know if we could continue being friends...
.... Your favorite intra workout drink is Corey Taylor?![]()
No, its hatorade
Try Red Bull in that for added kickI'm gonna catch some heat for this but... My new favorite is Rich Piana's BCAA mix. I saw they had a southern sweet tea flavor and I was intrigued, God damn it's good. No carbs in it though.

Also, I cannot emphasize the significance intra workout drinks have played for me. I can't imagine training without them.
Evening 666 (just teasing). I liked the Kill Em All the best out of them all.Yeah im drinking double the intra WO drinks i used to. And to trukkers point, for me, ive been on a Metallica S &M album kick lately. Forgot how great that album is.
