Slicin' and Dicin' into the summer

Dude im ignorant about GH
Could you explain what "tested at 14 IU means"?
14IU out of what? Is that good or bad?

Sure, what i mean is the vial that i ( and one other member that had karls gh as well) sent to get tested had 14iu of gh in it. I run 2 iu per day so , 7 days worth per vial.

It's kind of like buying test labeled at 300mg's/ml, but actually receiving overdosed product at 450mg's/ml, more or less. The "Black Tops" previously have tested, as Eman said, around 14-15iu/vial. So, right now I am running 1 vial of Black Tops (~14-15iu's per vial, we hope at least) and 6iu Pharma Serostim. So, add it up and I'm around 20ius assuming the Blacks are dosed as they have tested to have been in the past.

As far as "results", not much in this short of time besides insane healing benefits and a lot of hand tingling/lethargy throughout the day (just added T4 back in, should help for a few weeks). This level isn't really necessary or sustainable for me long term, but it's worth the $$$ for the healing process.

@Mr.B66 Glad you're enjoying Creeping Death, that program was so brutal I have 2 different partners quit while doing it with me, haha. There is one bench day towards the end that had me close too, you'll know when you get there, but it had bands involved from what I recall. This new program I am running by Meadows, 28 Days Later, has been more challenging than Creeping Death was... I had the best leg day I've had in years the other day.
Are you still running 15~20iu of blacktops daily ? would love to see an IGF blood results at that dose.

They won't give a number at that level. They just put god like on the report for igf lol
Honesty his IGF score won't be too unusual. People with acromegaly produce 100 times more GH than a healthy person. I remember from a documentary a patient having an IGF reading of 4000

That's crazy. I was just kidding. I think igf levels are limited by the amount your liver is capable of producing.

Not in the case of acromegaly/gigantism. These people are actually weak. GH doesn't increase strength or muscle mass. It increases the amount of cells and causes enlargement of body tissue (organs etc). When it comes to sheer mass gains, AAS are the king hands down.

Late to the Bicep incident. but glad you are doing better my friend.
At any point did you look into PRP injections? if you havent may be worth a look if its not progressing like youd like.

I did not... I will research them now, though!

I did, and I'm still running it. Seems to be doing SOMETHING, as my healing has been outrageous. Although, the GH is certainly helping as well. Whatever is working, IS working.
What protocol did you use? Where and how did you do injections? I have also been looking into bpc-157. They work very well supposedly. If the bpc-157 does what it's supposed to it will be far more affective than PRP. It is supposed to greatly increase blood flow especially in ligaments where there is very little blood flow. That would definitely increase healing time and nutrient delivery to target area.

2mg's 2x a week, shot into my delt. I would do it again, and I am going to continue to use it for a bit longer.

No my brother, I don't compete. I don't have the genetics to be a national level champion, so, I won't do it. Also, I'd be a bit late in the game.

I do it for many reasons, really. To push myself, to experiment, for girls, for my peers... it's complicated and I'm sure I don't fully understand. I'm sure a part of me does it for my mostly absent father when I was a child, he was very into bodybuilding. I grew up with heroes like Arnold, Stallone, wolverine, captain America.... you know? I'm sure there are many psychological issues associated with people like myself who take it this far, but, I can't help it.... It's my desire to be as freaky as possible. The attention from everyone is addictive, as well.

Love an honest answer.

What's up guys?!

Sorry for being somewhat absent lately, not much going on in my world, just been focusing a lot on work and training (this includes all things involved in the process).

Things are going very, very well. I feel healthier than ever, and honestly I feel I am putting together my most impressive package to date.

Literally in the last 2 weeks of dieting and training my fucking ass off, the changes have been that of fairytales. I'm not here to brag, or to publicly masturbate.... I want to inspire you and allow you to realize you DO have the power to change rapidly. But, are you willing to do what it takes?

I wake up at 5am every day just to make sure I get my first meal in, and my second prepped for the day. I make sure
I get my morning cardio in (dog walk), too. There are no excuses to be made right now for me... And the results speak for themselves. I'm sick and fucking tired of reading people say "You can't add muscle without adding a bunch of fat too." Or something like that... Guess what, I am! I still have my vascularity and striations, but I'm up about 30 pounds... So, yeah ;)

I really want to see you guys achieve your goals, and it's important to be realistic about who, and what, you are. Some people dont want to change THIS badly, stop fooling yourself into thinking you do, it always ends in self-disappointment. This cycle is dangerous and won't serve you in the short term, and definitely not in the long term. Learn who you are, and think about whether or not the necessary levels of pain, suffering and work are worth it to achieve whatever goal it is you'd like to achieve. Frankly, some goals are not worth the cost, don't be that guy. Don't waste your fucking life wanting to be Phil Heath, if you have Danny DeVito's genetics and Kramer's work ethic.

My genetics are average, at best. But, I will not be outworked, and I will never stop learning. I also won't ever be a world champion, fuck, not even a state champion. But, I can be my own champion, and that's fucking enough. Be your own fucking hero, don't look up to people you don't know and won't ever meet, look up to the BEST VERSION OF
YOURSELF! Think about who he or she would be, what they would do in every moment, at every choice or fork in the road. Before you know it, you will become the champion, or hero if you will, of your own story.

Much love, WP.

Well said my friend! Very inspirational and definitely very true! I'm sure there are many admiring you and setting their goals because of you and your progress with awesome logs! No matter how crazy they may seem at first to some till they get to know you. You've come a long way.
You work your ass off, I see this every day and you deserve it! Keep moving forward. [emoji4] [emoji8] xoxo
