What's up guys?!
Sorry for being somewhat absent lately, not much going on in my world, just been focusing a lot on work and training (this includes all things involved in the process).
Things are going very, very well. I feel healthier than ever, and honestly I feel I am putting together my most impressive package to date.
Literally in the last 2 weeks of dieting and training my fucking ass off, the changes have been that of fairytales. I'm not here to brag, or to publicly masturbate.... I want to inspire you and allow you to realize you DO have the power to change rapidly. But, are you willing to do what it takes?
I wake up at 5am every day just to make sure I get my first meal in, and my second prepped for the day. I make sure
I get my morning cardio in (dog walk), too. There are no excuses to be made right now for me... And the results speak for themselves. I'm sick and fucking tired of reading people say "You can't add muscle without adding a bunch of fat too." Or something like that... Guess what, I am! I still have my vascularity and striations, but I'm up about 30 pounds... So, yeah
I really want to see you guys achieve your goals, and it's important to be realistic about who, and what, you are. Some people dont want to change THIS badly, stop fooling yourself into thinking you do, it always ends in self-disappointment. This cycle is dangerous and won't serve you in the short term, and definitely not in the long term. Learn who you are, and think about whether or not the necessary levels of pain, suffering and work are worth it to achieve whatever goal it is you'd like to achieve. Frankly, some goals are not worth the cost, don't be that guy. Don't waste your fucking life wanting to be Phil Heath, if you have Danny DeVito's genetics and Kramer's work ethic.
My genetics are average, at best. But, I will not be outworked, and I will never stop learning. I also won't ever be a world champion, fuck, not even a state champion. But, I can be my own champion, and that's fucking enough. Be your own fucking hero, don't look up to people you don't know and won't ever meet, look up to the BEST VERSION OF
YOURSELF! Think about who he or she would be, what they would do in every moment, at every choice or fork in the road. Before you know it, you will become the champion, or hero if you will, of your own story.
Much love, WP.
