Slicin' and Dicin' into the summer

What's up guys?!

Sorry for being somewhat absent lately, not much going on in my world, just been focusing a lot on work and training (this includes all things involved in the process).

Things are going very, very well. I feel healthier than ever, and honestly I feel I am putting together my most impressive package to date.

Literally in the last 2 weeks of dieting and training my fucking ass off, the changes have been that of fairytales. I'm not here to brag, or to publicly masturbate.... I want to inspire you and allow you to realize you DO have the power to change rapidly. But, are you willing to do what it takes?

I wake up at 5am every day just to make sure I get my first meal in, and my second prepped for the day. I make sure
I get my morning cardio in (dog walk), too. There are no excuses to be made right now for me... And the results speak for themselves. I'm sick and fucking tired of reading people say "You can't add muscle without adding a bunch of fat too." Or something like that... Guess what, I am! I still have my vascularity and striations, but I'm up about 30 pounds... So, yeah ;)

I really want to see you guys achieve your goals, and it's important to be realistic about who, and what, you are. Some people dont want to change THIS badly, stop fooling yourself into thinking you do, it always ends in self-disappointment. This cycle is dangerous and won't serve you in the short term, and definitely not in the long term. Learn who you are, and think about whether or not the necessary levels of pain, suffering and work are worth it to achieve whatever goal it is you'd like to achieve. Frankly, some goals are not worth the cost, don't be that guy. Don't waste your fucking life wanting to be Phil Heath, if you have Danny DeVito's genetics and Kramer's work ethic.

My genetics are average, at best. But, I will not be outworked, and I will never stop learning. I also won't ever be a world champion, fuck, not even a state champion. But, I can be my own champion, and that's fucking enough. Be your own fucking hero, don't look up to people you don't know and won't ever meet, look up to the BEST VERSION OF
YOURSELF! Think about who he or she would be, what they would do in every moment, at every choice or fork in the road. Before you know it, you will become the champion, or hero if you will, of your own story.

Much love, WP.

Lookin swole and tan and juicy as fuck

Dude, he's fast! Those little legs of his move at a crazy speed!

When mine was little she'd try to run away from me and I could slowly walk behind her and pick her up lol... Oh how times have changed. Now if she wants to fuck with me out in the yard she'll let me get within a few feet of her and take off running... Not catching her now!

Very well said Wunder. [emoji4]
Also i can deff see from your pic that you are leaner harder and more vascular then the same " pose" ( for lack of a better term) at the beginning of this log, good for you because anybody been in this game long enough knows how hard it is to continually make gains, but here you are proving that if you really want it bad enough and are willing to put in the work both in the gym and with nutrition, it can be done.
And now i have to thank you for the help youve givin me, im absolutly loving this WO, its brutal and has pushed me to the point of almost breaking on a few sets but i pushed through it and i know it sounds crazy , but i swear i can see a difference in my physique just 3 weeks in. This is what i needed!!
Thanks buddy[emoji4]

I appreciate the kind words, and you always know i've got your back as well! Love hearing that you're seeing results... The JM programs, in my opinion, are the best bang for your buck. Never dull, always challenging and I learn new shit all the time still.

Very challenging and i often have to look up the exercises the night before because ive never heard of them. I really like that cause my body is like WTF!!!!
The destroyer sets for delts and the supersetting back exercises in particular push me close to submission.
I have become a big fan of JM.

Did you get an MRI? It's probably a herniated disc which is essentially pinching nerves. It's best to treat them early for best possible outcome. Get the spinal injections and do physical therapy. Depending on which nerve and where your disc is herniated there are a few different types of injections they can do. I do not think surgery is the solution but early treatment is the key with herniated discs. I wish I had known this when I first injured my back.

What's up guys?!

In my personal life, and somewhat frequently online, I get asked about what pre workout and intra workout I use. Here's what I do:

Pre:
1.5 scoops of Granite Arc Reactor
600mg's Alpha Lipoic Acid

Intra (carb source levels vary depending on insulin usage):
Pineapple Juice
Gatorade Powder
Honey
2000mg's Taurine
2000mg's/ Citrulin Malate
1 Scoop Xtend (sometimes 2 on bigger days)
5G creatine monohydrate

What's up guys?!

Hope everyone is well, and gearing up for the weekend!

I'm approaching the last few days of my John Meadows program, 28 Days Later... This shit was extreme, truly extreme. I have seen significant changes in my back in just a few weeks, couldn't be happier! I'll probably just take things easy until April 15th or so, and then hop back into the cut stage. I've been happy with the mass I've put on in the last month or so, it's been almost entirely clean and hard weight.

Keeping it short and sweet, as I'm exhausted this morning. As always, please comment and feel free to ask away!

Much love, WP.
