Tonight was chest, lots of volume on pressing movements using different variations. Some dumbbell work (incline), barbell work (incline smith), and flat barbell bench (paused & explosive). Shoulder work was done as well, consisting of rear delt work and 6-ways with a 10lb dumbbell. Calf work too, which is indicated in almost every training session (same w/ abs).
Really love chest days that consist almost entirely of pressing with different variants / cue's and special techniques. It's also the most challenging and painful (in a good way).
Anyway.

- Started to tighten up the amount of carbs consumed peri-workout. Short term goal is to have no more than 100g consumed during the pre and intra block (not including post obviously) and see if I can tighten it up even further (won't force it if it's not happening). Tonight was about 50-60g consumed pre and 60-70g consumed intra. I can definitely tighten that up further (maybe 40 pre and 60 intra) but will regulate based on feel.
- Strengths going up but not going to sacrifice technique or cues during this block, especially for my weak areas (chest is poverty status, hamstrings are pretty good, quads are severely lacking in details and probably need more size, calves are improving big time but deflate too much when they don't get touched for a couple days, indicating they are simply too small. This is just a matter of patience because technique is on point from what I can tell).
Aside from that, I'm happy.

Also regarding AAS:
The current dosages and compounds are 100mg test p / week, 500mg mast p / week, and 50mg winstrol qd.
The winstrol will be finished in just under a weeks time (that would have been 4 weeks on it), after that I will still have about 3 weeks of insulin left. Once the winstrol wraps up, I will up the Mast to 600mg / week and the Test P to 300mg / week. ( I might adjust the ratios, but weekly combined anabolics will NOT go over 900mg combined per week, this is my limit).
This change will allow me to keep weekly anabolics lower (slightly) than what it was with the Winstrol while seeing more results (more test and more mast even if very small increase is probably going to do more for size than Winstrol, as much as I did love Winny, it's a fantastic drug, but it won't add slabs of size for me the way even a 100-200mg jump in test or mast would).
