With Test P having such a short half-life and only dosing it at 100mg/week, am i to assume you're doing 25mg eod or something along those lines?

Up about 2-3lbs and getting leaner. Masteron + GH + Winstrol + Insulin are working nicely.

I love using dry compounds during a growth phase. Feels good man..

I'm seeing the best growth I've had from any stack on some of the lowest dosages (<950mg anabolics combined per week) due to the choice of compounds and the esoteric drugs. Masteron is a fantastic compound and has potential for more than just a hardening agent. See BR's article for example.

Training set for later tonight (more back work) so you can look forward to Entry 3 later tn.

I want to also want to re-iterate that this log will not see any entries absent pics.

You get a change in vascularity utilizing slin? I've noticed you have said at least once about lipolysis, you find this can still be achieved with slin in the mix? I've always been under the impression it's for more of a bulk than anything else
 
Yesterday (monday) was the designated rest day of the week.

Entry for tonight coming later tn after training. Today is the heavy ballbusting back session of the week.

Also, already up like 4lbs. Normal pre-training weight is usually 186-188lbs. Currently @ 192lbs pre training. Tonight will be the 4th shot of log (7iu). Slowly working my way up to 10iu. Diet is still tightly controlled, only major dietary changes were the pre-workout carbs and the intra-workout dextrose. That change in kcal alone would not come anywhere close to providing this kind of change absent the insulin, I am confident in saying that.

This is good news considering how dry the anabolics I'm running are during this growth phase. Shit's starting to get fun.
 
I'm working up to 10 each training day, 1 tick at a time.

Will be doing 7 ticks tonight. Already highly impressed.
Im here to learn about it. So ill be watching. 10iu of humalog really isnt much...and your only doing it preworkout? That seems conservative. Its making that much of an impression on ya huh?
 
Entry 5.

Tonight was legs.

Legs during this phase are usually RPE 8-9 for Quads and obviously more intensity for Hamstrings because I just completed a disgusting 4 week leg specialization block before commencing the back block, which is nice. I love pulling back a little bit after a specialization block, you start to see the size gains you made and continue to make progress too due to the use of RPE on this setup.

Today consisted of some Single leg standing leg curls, some adductor work, and reverse band back squats (rpe 8) and some high rep leg press Tom Platz style (also rpe 8).

Anyway.

  • Weights still shooting up
  • 8 ticks of the devils wheelchair oil tonight
  • Tightening the amount of carbs consumed peri-workout now that I'm more comfortable with the log, less spooked these days so I can be much tighter and controlled.
  • Rest of the diet is still tightly controlled.

Here is something to make mention of. I did some ballbusting leg work tonight, and I did not lose pump anywhere. Normally after a leg session my upper body is deflated as fuck, but now, it's like I'm getting fuller as I consume more of my intra-workout nutrition despite beating my legs.

I have attached upper body pics to demonstrate this affect I am noticing - AFTER all the leg work with no upper body work done whatsoever (unless you count gripping the oly bar during squats).

Very happy with this bizarre and awesome effect.

Entry 6

Tonight was chest, lots of volume on pressing movements using different variations. Some dumbbell work (incline), barbell work (incline smith), and flat barbell bench (paused & explosive). Shoulder work was done as well, consisting of rear delt work and 6-ways with a 10lb dumbbell. Calf work too, which is indicated in almost every training session (same w/ abs).

Really love chest days that consist almost entirely of pressing with different variants / cue's and special techniques. It's also the most challenging and painful (in a good way).

Anyway.

  • 9 ticks tonight
  • Weights Shooting up
  • Vascularity continuing to improve
  • Started to tighten up the amount of carbs consumed peri-workout. Short term goal is to have no more than 100g consumed during the pre and intra block (not including post obviously) and see if I can tighten it up even further (won't force it if it's not happening). Tonight was about 50-60g consumed pre and 60-70g consumed intra. I can definitely tighten that up further (maybe 40 pre and 60 intra) but will regulate based on feel.
  • Strengths going up but not going to sacrifice technique or cues during this block, especially for my weak areas (chest is poverty status, hamstrings are pretty good, quads are severely lacking in details and probably need more size, calves are improving big time but deflate too much when they don't get touched for a couple days, indicating they are simply too small. This is just a matter of patience because technique is on point from what I can tell).

Aside from that, I'm happy.

Also regarding AAS:

The current dosages and compounds are 100mg test p / week, 500mg mast p / week, and 50mg winstrol qd.

The winstrol will be finished in just under a weeks time (that would have been 4 weeks on it), after that I will still have about 3 weeks of insulin left. Once the winstrol wraps up, I will up the Mast to 600mg / week and the Test P to 300mg / week. ( I might adjust the ratios, but weekly combined anabolics will NOT go over 900mg combined per week, this is my limit).

This change will allow me to keep weekly anabolics lower (slightly) than what it was with the Winstrol while seeing more results (more test and more mast even if very small increase is probably going to do more for size than Winstrol, as much as I did love Winny, it's a fantastic drug, but it won't add slabs of size for me the way even a 100-200mg jump in test or mast would).
 
What sort of techniques and or variations are you doing for calf work? They can be done so fast there isnt much of an excuse to not have time for them ED

If youd like i could mention some for you? Maybe some youve never done. Maybe not. But they need to be hit ED with different shit.

I love me some mast. But I'm also venturing into the higher test doses and enjoying this as well....

@gr8whitetrukker im interested in the Calf work. I just picked them back up working every day. Been doing high rep things, 15-20
