Hgh

I'm fairly new here my post I got some good info on getting my diet on point and back to my foundation in the gym before running any gear. I have listened and haven't thought twice about running anything. But my question is the injuries that slowed me down when I stopped lifting are showing up again I've got a torn disc L5- S1 and a bad knee putting surgery off till I can't sand it can't afford to be down any amount of time for my family at the moment. My job is on concrete and physically demanding deff not helping at all. It's really slowing my recovery time down after workouts and not letting me push like I know I need to. So my question is would running some hgh help aid In anyway some of these issues? I know it's not going to fix my back or knee just from what I read I think on a low dose it's should help with the recovery and maybe some of the pain. I'm a noob so I may have misunderstood its purpose. Sorry for being long winded. Any and all advance, knowledge& info is appreciated. Thanks

HGH can help injuries heal faster but you'd probably need fairly high amounts to heal torn disks/knees and the stuff isn't cheap if it's legit.

I'd research heavily the cost and amounts that people in your shoes have had to use to heal those injuries vs. the cost of copays and downtime for surgery. See which carries less risk and is more cost effective.

The thing is I know I can have the surgery but can't afford to be down right now BC we have a new born plus 2 others. And I'm dad ball coach for both the older ones plus put in like 70 hrs a wk at work. don't get me wrong I'm not complaining at all. I just know that I can't reach my goals if I don't get some relief and I don't want to walk away from the gym again. I wasn't trying to repair them just see if anyone thgt it would help with recovery after workout and aid in some energy with all that I have going on so I keep moving forward. Mainly trying to by some time. I've never ran any type of gear before and thgt since my energy is shit and I have all the symptoms of low T I wld be able to get TRT. But my levels came back at 475 I believe. As far as cost i haven't really looked into BC I wasn't looking for a source at the time. Only thing I looked up was info on dosage for anti again and it said like 1 IU ed for extended periods. Not doses to build gains in the gym. Thanks for the reply.

Fella a strong word of advice having seen many go down the path you're on - GET YOUR PRIORITIES STRAIGHT NOW!

No I'm not badgering you but this is what I'm hearing.

- you have a family to support

- you have a "bad knee and a torn disk"

- you make a living as a construction worker performing manual labor which IS a workout itself!

Let's see and you want to run PEDs?

- will such an endeavor enable you to rehab your back or knee?
NIME "lifting" definitely tends to worsen the complaints of those folk with either, especially in the long term (say 5-10 years)

-- will such an endeavor enable you to better confront any financial issues?

HECK NO- the cost of PEDs can be prohibitively expensive and will only strain those with limited finances

- so will any of the above help you support your family?

No way!

My advice change tracks now and begin searching for another career exclusive of construction, before you have no choice

I disagree with Dr. Jim. HGH will help, and TRT will help.

And deca, in small doses, will definitely help you, the problem being that when you stop, it'll suck even more because you get used to feeling better plus the hormone support.

As a poster above mentioned, MK-677 is something you can get in caplets that elicits a Gh release from your pituitary. It's not cheap anymore, but another option, and cheaper than HGH itself. Plus no needles.

Doesn't MK-677 cause pituitary burnout?

Does it? I don't know. Is that even a thing?

I'd like to see any links you have regarding that.
Well I've looked into it, but I do not do well with things that cause water retention and this stuff does, big time. I've been on other forums and seen photos. It's bad! I look and feel like total shit when holding water. No thanks! I still stick with HGH, low dose.

Thanks for the reply. I'm new to all of this and was just trying to find another avenue to be able to get back in shape. I know dr Jim said find a new job, but that's not an option it's not construction work just a physical job at a plant on concrete which is I think is what's causing the problems to start with. But anyway I was thinking maybe like 1-1 1/2 iu a day just to see if it helped. Any thoughts?

Exactly. do what you need to do to get through the day and back to your family and/or life outside work.

Definitely start out in doses that low, and gauge it from there. On the other hand, you won't be blown away at first, but give it a couple weeks.

Also, I imagine you already know about supps like glucosamine / chondroitin / msm, but there are other options too. One to check out is cissus (but it tastes like ass). Good for joints and anti-inflammatory that is purported to be superior. If you're on concrete all day any little bit helps.

No I haven't read up on any supps. Like I said this is all new to me, several years ago when I was lifting and in shape I've always been natty. The only reason I even started this was BC someone had mentioned growth for recovery and possibly injuries. I was just trying to learn and get all the info I can. I wasn't trying to use it for gains or anything just asking if it would help with day to day pains with lifting and nearing 40. Any in depth info I wld appreciate it. Thanks for ur reply.
