I'm fairly new here my post I got some good info on getting my diet on point and back to my foundation in the gym before running any gear. I have listened and haven't thought twice about running anything. But my question is the injuries that slowed me down when I stopped lifting are showing up again I've got a torn disc L5- S1 and a bad knee putting surgery off till I can't sand it can't afford to be down any amount of time for my family at the moment. My job is on concrete and physically demanding deff not helping at all. It's really slowing my recovery time down after workouts and not letting me push like I know I need to. So my question is would running some hgh help aid In anyway some of these issues? I know it's not going to fix my back or knee just from what I read I think on a low dose it's should help with the recovery and maybe some of the pain. I'm a noob so I may have misunderstood its purpose. Sorry for being long winded. Any and all advance, knowledge& info is appreciated. Thanks
