Sorry forget to post workout routine.
Its nothing special, 5-6 times per week in gym.
Lots of compound exercises, db exercises.
3-4 series of as many reps as i can handle with heaviest weights , trying to add more weight each time or more reps or both
But generally lots of deadlifts, squats, bench presses decline, incline, normal then military press, db incline, decline
Those my most favorite.
Routine is based on book bigger leaner stronger,
I just tweaked it to my liking.
