Very basic cycle for quality mass (progress photo)

Sorry forget to post workout routine.
Its nothing special, 5-6 times per week in gym.
Lots of compound exercises, db exercises.
3-4 series of as many reps as i can handle with heaviest weights , trying to add more weight each time or more reps or both:)

But generally lots of deadlifts, squats, bench presses decline, incline, normal then military press, db incline, decline
Those my most favorite.
Routine is based on book bigger leaner stronger,
I just tweaked it to my liking.

Well thanks for all the info. It's always nice to hear how another bro eats, pins, and trains. Again, good fucking job brother.

Kudos on the gains and the log brother. Way to put up the effort and the dedication. It's great to see how simple cycles can go a log way. To many newbs love to over complicate things; my simplest cycle was where I made my best gains. They think with extra components they can make up in the diet and training and they're sadly mistaken. There is no replacement for a good nutrition plan and training regimen. Great work overall bro.

Hey guys, I just finished with last pin of Tren. Aceate, and Test. Propionate.
I start my PCT in 2 days.

Overall i'm quite satisfied with this cycle, can't complain.
Never been in better shape with bigger strength then right now.
Can't wait for winter bulking cycle:)

I think the very same, you gotta squize as much as you can from most basic simple cycle and compounds.

Thanks! No measurements were taken:-) but progresss was quite noticable

80kg, 7th. Day in pct. strength was lacking just a little bit, but it could be due to the fact that i was working out after 3x nightshifts in work.
Other then that i seem to be quite leaner then while i was on juice. Quite pleased

Im currently in 14th day of my pct.
So far ive lost little bit of strength in bench press and db press, however deadlifts are still holding up.
Im more shredded now then I was while on juice.

Same thing:) was tracking all for about month or two, now i got it in my mind. Not using it anymore. But i will design bulking diet there, its a good software

on your workout routine, did you do straight sets or did you add variety? im planning getting mine setup and it seems to be straight sets, 1 muscle group per day. main focus is compound lifts

3-4 sets with around 8-12 reps, with heavier weights around 6 reps. Chest and triceps 2x week, calves each other day. Back once a week with but with heavy deadlifts.
And i was mixing it sometimes,
For example switched chest and biceps to chest and legs, because my elbow joints were givint me hard time and i was not able to go 100%

did you do straight sets and or the other variations like pyramids and negative reps etc etc.?

like mentioned the 5 day workout routine i found is just straight sets, volume with good rep ranges.

No variations. Just straight sets. But i was increasing weight every now and then between sets, till i wouldnt reach my limit and then work with it

First actual before and after thread that someone has actually stuck at.

Well done man and thanks for sharing.
Thanks man, appreciate it.
I take it seriously because i want to do it properly and for long as I can.
Thats why ive disciplined myslef with proper eating habits for About year and a half prior to starting this cycle.
Now its just part of me, i cook i eat i workout i sleep. And enjoy the life of course:-D
