Kinda an odd growth issue going on. My left side is developing faster and larger than my right. I am right handed. Namely traps and tri's.
I do no barbell workouts, only dumbells or hammer strength machines that work the sides independently. And cables. Shrugs are done with dumbells, or a sit down shrug machine that each side works independently. All the weights are equal per side.
