Round shoulders V square

I see guys with very square shoulders aesthetically looks neat.

I see guys with even more mass but really round shoulders.

Genetics you can't do anything about or training?

I've out on a bit of mass but def round shoulder look.

Training had a lot to do with it for me personally. When I was heavily involved in sports and trained like an athlete, I had much blockier shoulders and muscle bellies in general. Once I stopped that and started my training focus on bodybuilding, my shoulders took on a more rounded look.

Pretty much the first thing that blows up on blast. You've never noticed this?
Okay so they're the first thing to get bigger but how does the hormone play a role in how it's looks? Wouldn't that be based off your development caused by workouts and genetics?

I don't know if you're just trying to be argumentative here... or actually serious.

Oh, no not all. I'm being serious. Sorry I come off as argumentive but I'm really not. I'm asking cause I simply don't understand.

Hormones play a big role in how the delts look.
Hormones will grow the muscle if stimulated. I have huge shoulders and back so the rear delt is well developed so it had a perfect round look. This is from training well and hormones causing the growth but no way shaping my shoulder.
I don't think an particular hormone is gonna make them look any different besides size.

Okay sorry, I find it hard to tell on these forums sometimes.

With heavy hormone usage the delts typically carry a 'pumped' look most of the day. You can see this clearly with new users when they hop on, or when users come off. The delts are the first to look visually smaller when people come off or cruise. It is mainly the day-long pump which accounts for this look.

The capped delts/pumped delt look is one of the ways you can tell if someone is on hormones or not.

Ok I can see what your getting at. The delt has a pronounced look while on cycle. I can agree with this but wouldn't say just while hormones are present but "cycleing" with a lot of hormone yes.

I am not talking about size, the question is shape. Look at guys with shirts on. Some have boulders for shoulders others have cinder blocks.

My guess Anglo types square off in shoulders, Slavs round.

Could be totally false but is what I'm seeing.
