You know the background.. Started @ 128lbs three years ago.. Have been seriously going at it for 2 years now. Weight start of prep was 203lbs - bodyfat is currently unkown. I'll attach some pictures - I was flat in them but it will give you an idea. I'm currently on the line of competing in classic as well, I feel as my legs simply aren't ready. I will decide 2 weeks out.

There is little flexibility in the diet, but for the first 4 weeks I will be incorporating a "cheat" meal every 7 days. This meal is going to include a meal of choice, and a desert. I can't lie, i'm more nervous for this show than I was for my first show ever. I feel I've put on a respectable amount of size, and I feel like I truly have something to showcase... if I can come in right.

"DIET PLAN"

p/c/f - - +/- | I'll be sure to post when it starts to change as I adjust.

breakfast: 4 eggs, 2 egg whites, 6tbsp of coco cream of wheat - 36/48/20

: 1 banana, 1tbsp flax oil, 2 scoops protein -

: 2 eggs, 2 egg whites, 1tbsp flax oil, .5 cup jasmine rice - 22/23/24

(pre workout): 5 egg white, 1 cup rice - 26/45/0

post workout: 2 scoops protein, 30mins later 3 rice cakes - 45/33/0

dinner: 6oz sirloin, .5 cup jasmine rice - 35/23/18

before bed: 2 scoops protein, 3 rice cakes, 1tbsp flax oil - 45/33/14

Training I will try to stay as heavy as possible. Incorpoating specific heavy days, and allowing for lighter days just to touch and polish again before resting to restart the week.

Monday: heavy chest/shoulders

Tuesday: heavy back/arms

Wednesday: off

Thursday: legs

Friday: arms/shoulders/chest/back

Saturday: off

Sunday: legs

1-10 / mast p / 100mg ED

1-9 / test p / 50mg ED

5 days out.. superdrol .. increasing 10mg everyday until show.

Holy shit brother you've put some nice size on your legs!! Still lookin cut as hell too. I know you'll get some nice striations in your quads in a few weeks.
I think your legs are on par for competing classic. You've definitely got too much to showcase to stay in physique.

Nowadays it seems conditioning wins, and I know you'll come in with some wicked conditioning. I'm definitely in on this.

Told you I was after it! Still smaller than what I feel confident in, ya know? Like I said, won't decide until I can actually know the true look.. I'd like to think I can but I'm not creating false hope. Just got my head down and grinding it out.

Had to replace last meal before bed with 1.5 servings of pinto beans along with the shake and oil. A little quick fix.

Classic is still pretty new, and the judging is still very independent between each person.
If you look at everyone from the golden age, their legs are just a bit bigger than yours are.

I still think you could kill it coming in with your conditioning. You looked awesome on your last show.
 
Looking pretty cut and striated in the before pics and can't imagine how freaky you're gonna look once the Tren and mast kick in! Why no winny?

Exactly. That's why I'm so on the edge of it. I know for a fact I can pull a look off, but I have no idea what they will be judging for regardless. If 8 guys have huge legs and I don't, do they see that as me lacking or as them just having some bigger legs? Presentation will be where I take the cake if it comes down to it.. we will see we will see.

I'm stoked to try out this program. I've been thinking about getting up to 260 this year....

Let me try to find a picture when I went from 128 to about 170 in 4-5 months lol. I had a little belly. About 12% in it. Now days I honestly don't ever go over 4k calories really unless I get wildl and cheat at night. But this next go around in thinking I'm going to just completely try to get up to 5-6k calories a day over a 6 month span and see what I can do... maybe try to touch 230 not caring about fat gain as much, then eat maitnence for 2 months then start cutting.... idk yet.

Gotta think, me getting to 230 will be quite a bit of far and water lol.
What was the blast again I forgot?
I plan on keeping it simple during the bulk.
1G test, 1G NPP, anadrol @ 100 4 on 3 off 4 on 3 off.. probably something like that. What's your weight at now?

I might do superdrol instead of anadrol. I tried superdrol for the first time last week, it's pretty damn insane. 20mg superdrol blows 100mg anadrol out of the water!! I like the 4 on 3 off though.

260 will be a breeze then. If I was you I would eat a little below maintence with 100 calories burned a day from cardio for 4 weeks.. then start from there. Just to peel a little more off before aiming to add weight. Honestly, I probably will end up scratching a certain "number" to hit. I want to hit the stage at 180lbs again. I was 178-180 last show. So this show at 180 would clearly be much much more better looking.. so, after saying that. I figured I will rebound to around 190-195 and then aim to touch a slow paced 225.

That surgery is smart, by any bodybuilder. How much is that running you and how much down time? Superdrol is my baby, my favorite oral for sure. We could just do 20mg superdrol and 50mg anadrol. Now doesn't that sound fun.

Surgery is getting covered by insurance. I'm hoping no longer than 4 weeks. I will be running test at 200mg/wk and mast at 500/wk throughout recovery. Most people say 3-4 weeks. So after about a week lost surgery I will start hitting legs. Extensions and Seated curls with lots of Calf work. Try to add some size on these calves. I'm at 17" right now, I want to be at 19"

It's doable, definitely doable. Lucky that surgery is covered... that's bad ass!

- Chest back arms today, couldn't fit shoulders in.. felt good overall, strength is down a bit. Struggled with 295x3 on flat.. granted that was working up quite a bit.
