You know the background.. Started @ 128lbs three years ago.. Have been seriously going at it for 2 years now. Weight start of prep was 203lbs - bodyfat is currently unkown. I'll attach some pictures - I was flat in them but it will give you an idea. I'm currently on the line of competing in classic as well, I feel as my legs simply aren't ready. I will decide 2 weeks out.
There is little flexibility in the diet, but for the first 4 weeks I will be incorporating a "cheat" meal every 7 days. This meal is going to include a meal of choice, and a desert. I can't lie, i'm more nervous for this show than I was for my first show ever. I feel I've put on a respectable amount of size, and I feel like I truly have something to showcase... if I can come in right.

breakfast: 4 eggs, 2 egg whites, 6tbsp of coco cream of wheat - 36/48/20
: 1 banana, 1tbsp flax oil, 2 scoops protein -
: 2 eggs, 2 egg whites, 1tbsp flax oil, .5 cup jasmine rice - 22/23/24
(pre workout): 5 egg white, 1 cup rice - 26/45/0
post workout: 2 scoops protein, 30mins later 3 rice cakes - 45/33/0
dinner: 6oz sirloin, .5 cup jasmine rice - 35/23/18
before bed: 2 scoops protein, 3 rice cakes, 1tbsp flax oil - 45/33/14

Training I will try to stay as heavy as possible. Incorpoating specific heavy days, and allowing for lighter days just to touch and polish again before resting to restart the week.

Tuesday: heavy back/arms
Wednesday: off
Thursday: legs
Friday: arms/shoulders/chest/back
Saturday: off
Sunday: legs
